Cheers on the Pier

Here’s a fun new event that takes place on the large pier extending into Charleston Harbor from the Mount Pleasant side. It’s brought to you by the fine folks of Charleston County Parks.

Cheers on the Pier takes place at Mount Pleasant Memorial Waterfront Park under the Ravenel Bridge, on four different Thursday evenings in spring, from March through May. The events run from 5:30 p.m. till 7:30 p.m.  -  perfect hours for watching the sunset over the harbor.  

There will be a different live music performer(s) each time, along with craft beer and food for purchase.  Nosh options will include made-to-order sandwiches, fruit smoothies, ice cream plus from the River Watch Café on the pier. 

The event itself is free.  You’re encouraged to bring along blankets and chairs to stretch out and take in the music and the view.
