The calendar is doing some flipping... a new month, a new season. The air is a bit cooler, fresher, with a discernable drop in the dreaded humidity.
School’s back in session. Pumpkins are starting to appear.
If your schedule allows it, fall is actually a terrific time here in the Lowcountry, and a great season to stay in one of our Isle of Palms rentals and to be out on the beach.
It’s no longer peak season.
Peak season for vacation rentals in Isle of Palms runs from Memorial Day through Labor Day. That’s when the kids are out of school, and when most people are taking their summer vacations at the beach.
However, it’s also when rental rates are at their highest. Plus it's when the beach and the Isle are their most crowded. Thankfully the Isle of Palms’ beachfront is never as crowded as most destination beaches up north, or in Florida or California. That being said, there’s a definite increase in people and traffic during the peak months of May through August/early September.
What that means for you, is that you can score some excellent deals on our luxury Isle of Palms vacation rentals during the fall.
The rates are lower, the temps are cooler, and the beach is less crowded.
It’s basically a win-win-win.
You’ll also have a greater selection from among our portfolio of more than three dozen Isle of Palms beach rentals. Same great luxury homes, just less expensive and more availability on the calendar.
Here at EP, we love to work with your budget to find the best place for you and your group to stay. As I covered in that last blog, we have some terrific Isle of Palms oceanfront rentals. By opting to come in the non-peak season, you may be able to upgrade your stay to oceanfront.
Just contact us, and we’ll share what deals we have going on right now.
