The Space
Sunlight pours through expansive windows and vaulted ceilings as you enter Dolphin Manor's main living level. The open-concept great room flows seamlessly onto a generous oceanfront porch overlooking the sparkling pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen and grilling area — ideal for evening gatherings with the sound of the waves as your backdrop. The pool and spa are heatable for an additional fee. A wet bar and convenient half bath round out the entertaining space, while the adjacent dining area and chef's kitchen — complete with bar seating and ocean-framing windows — make every meal feel like an occasion.

Dolphin Manor offers six beautifully appointed bedrooms across two floors, four of which are oceanfront:
Main Level King – King bed, private ensuite bathroom, spectacular ocean views and porch access
Main Level Bunk Room – Double-over-double bunks with private ensuite bathroom — perfect for younger guests
Upper Level King – King bed, porch access, ocean views, full ensuite bathroom with walk in shower
Primary Suite – King bed, private ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking tub, gorgeous ocean vistas and porch access
Upper Level King #2 – King bed, porch access, ocean views, private ensuite bathroom
Upper Level King #3 – King bed, private ensuite bathroom

Resort-Style Amenities
Step outside and into your own private oasis. A luxurious pool, sundeck, and spa offer a true resort experience, while a private beach walk leads you straight to the shoreline. A golf cart is available to rent directly on-site (easily activated via QR code), making it effortless to explore the island. For added convenience, an elevator provides access between the garage and first floor for luggage and groceries and if someone has mobility issues (no refunds if it malfunctions).

The home and beach speak for themselves. Exclusive Properties was excellent and responsive to even the smallest maintenance. All rental properties have things go wrong but EP was right on it. All of their maintenance people were friendly and polite. Karen as the reservation specialist was fantastic to work with.

My family and I (a party of 11 including a new born baby) travelled to the Isle of Palms from Ireland to stay in the house for a week at the end of October and we had the most wonderful time! Dolphin Manor has everything you need for a fabulous holiday (although we were missing the beach towels so pack yours if you need them!). The weather was incredible and the sunsets were stunning. We would highly recommend anyone staying in this house!

This is an awesome upscale house that will not disappoint. Our family of 9 adults and 6 children ranging in ages from 1 month to 3 years old had plenty of room to move around. The view to the ocean (from most rooms in the house) is incredible. The ocean is steps away from the pool. The pool has a large shallow area for young children as well as a large swimming area. The house is nicely located to the small town area.

Our small five person organization had an end of year work/rest retreat and could not have picked a better place. Spacious, gorgeous, and clean. Direct access to the beach. Would stay again on a family trip.

Couldn't recommend or rate this place high enough. Perfect for adult groups or family groups with kids. House was immaculate kitchen/living room were big. Two big deck areas, plenty of room outside as well, and in the garage space. Oh I lost count at how many refrigerators there were. one outside, one in the living room, one in the kitchen, one in the laundry room. Putting green/pool and Jacuzzi were incredible, as was the ping pong table. Enough room for yard games like cornhole as well. And not a better location than a 50 yard walk to the beach. Plenty of bathrooms inside the house I believe each bedroom had one, bedrooms were very large. The elevator was the perfect addition as it fit my power wheelchair with just enough room to spare and was able to give me access to the main floor as well as the ground floor. Can't beat this location as well on Isle of Palms just a short 5-10 minute walk to bars/restaurants/shops. Cleanliness in the house was perfect and this house deserves a 10 out of 10 in terms of location, size and amenities perfect for large groups. Thank you for having us!

The shallow end pool was a great amenity for the young toddler grandkids. The walk to the ocean was short and the view from the balconies was were exceptional.

This house was beautiful. It had a ton of room and enough supplies to make it feel like we were at home. Helpful tip - ask the property manager to come show you how to use the spa & heating if you pay for the pool to be heated.

This property was wonderful for a family of 3 daughters snd their families and us (2). Total 12. We had one extra bedroom so invited a cousin. The small putting green beside the pool added enjoyment for the grown ups and children alike. The design of the house was great and the pool design fantastic! The kids hardly went to the beach but we all had fun anyway! Netflix was available as were TVs in each room. Highly recommend although steep but for one splurge, it met my expectations.

The View is Spectacular the moment you top the stairs and walk in the front door. Plenty of space for folks to have their privacy or enjoy each other's company. Quiet and peaceful.

Wow—this home and location is SPECTACULAR!! Why?? Because it's a fabulous home that allows dogs, first of all! And was super clean and well-maintained! The house design is excellent—well-designed, roomy common areas with spacious bedrooms; 4 of the 6 with direct ocean views AND with access to one of the two balconies. Loved the pantry area and two refrigerators next to kitchen. Didn't think I'd care, but absolutely loved the convenience of the elevator! As you can see from the photos, the beach access/proximity and pool are phenomenal! While I love the sound and views of the beach, I'm not a fan of sand so I could sit by the pool or on either of the 2 balconies and enjoy it as if I were sitting on the beach! I definitely enjoyed the beach, too, and to be able to go back and forth so easily was terrific! This trip included my 80-yr old parents, my husband and me (59 & 57) and our 2 grown sons and their gfs and our English Cream Golden Retriever. The property easily accommodated all of us and offered everything to keep us comfortable and entertained. LOVED!!!

We had the best family vacation ever. We rented two homes on the aisle of palms on the beach. We had a wonderful experience. The homes were clean there were plenty of towels, the kitchens were wonderful and well-equipped. Our experience was fabulous thank you very much!

Celebrated a family birthday at Dolphin Manor in Dec 2020. Property was even better in person than in photos! Enjoyed sunrises on the deck, relaxation in the hot tub and furious family competition on the ping pong table and putting green. Communication with Exclusive Properties was great and check in process was easy. We plan on renting Dolphin Manor again!

We (a group of 4 Couples) spent a week at this house in late September. We absolutely loved the house and had a great week on IOP. The house easily accommodated the 8 of us with ample bedroom and living space. The porch and rocking chairs that overlooked the pool and ocean were spectacular and an every-night event. The pool and spa were fantastic. Megan and the Exclusive Properties were very responsive to the minor issues we needed help with. We all agreed that if we were to return to IOP, we would love to return to the Dolphin Manor.

I love it when the online photos match so perfectly the reality of the property. This location is absolutely beautiful and we made extensive use of both the beach and the pool. One additional feature that is worth mentioning: If you have elderly or other family members who have difficulty walking, this is one of the few homes in the area that does not require going up and down steps to get to the beach.

The house was lovely and in excellent condition! We loved the location. The outside pool area and decks were wonderful for watching sunrises, having evening drinks, eating lunch, or playing games. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay at this property again.

Fabulous house! We had plenty of room with our 14 people staying and around 20 for Thanksgiving dinner. Never felt to crowded. Views were beautiful looking at beach and ocean. Highly recommend this house.

Great property-the beach was close and clean, the house was spacious even with our large group. The pool and pool deck were phenomenal and again perfect for our large group and the various ages of the children. The management company was very responsive including just stopping by to see how things were going.

We loved the house. It was spacious and elegant yet very homey. There were beds for everyone. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The sounds of the ocean was so relaxing as well as the beautiful view. Charleston is our happy place so spending it in a gorgeous home with our family was as close to heaven as it gets. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely loved the house. Right on the beach, close to IOP restaurants and shops, close to downtown Charleston. We had our annual family visit to Charleston and we loved the house!!! We spent many hours at the pool and the putting green was a lot of fun. The house is right on the beach and close to Sullivan Island. The layout of the house is perfect and everyone had their space. Will be back next year. One of the best houses on IOP. Our family loved it!!!!!

We had 11 family members, five of them under nine years old, spend a week at this wonderful house. The beach location and pool made this house a big hit with the kids. Well appointed with a layout that made it easy for the three adult couples and children to have ample space with no sense of crowding. Close to Charleston and other attractions made day trips easy with plenty of beach or pool time to spare. Great place!
