We are thrilled to unveil Sunsational, a distinguished addition to our Luxury Collection of Isle of Palms vacation rentals. Located at 620 Ocean Boulevard, this newly constructed oceanfront estate offers an exceptional blend of refined sophistication and tranquil seaside ambiance. Spanning nearly 7,000 square feet, Sunsational features seven spacious bedrooms—each with its own private bathroom—and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The home boasts a total of nine bathrooms and an elevator for easy access to all levels.

From the moment you step through the front door, the dramatic view through the arched gallery to the ocean will captivate you. The main living area serves as the heart of the home, offering multiple sitting areas for family gatherings. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with high-end Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a massive island with seating for six, and a true butler’s pantry featuring a second refrigerator, microwave, and sink. A large dining table comfortably seats your entire group, and a sliding Euro wall door opens wide onto the deck to let in the ocean breeze.
Outdoor amenities abound, including a 38-foot private pool with a hot tub (both heatable for an additional fee), a pickleball court, putting green, and bocce ball court. The back deck serves as an outdoor living room complete with a grill, fireplace, sitting areas, and barstools that overlook the pool and your own personal pickleball court—all just a few feet away from the ocean. A spiral staircase leads to an amazing rooftop sky deck with 360-degree views, perfect for stargazing at night.

Additional features include multiple porches with ocean views, a private office for remote work, a Zen/yoga room for relaxation, and a wet bar on the main floor with two coffee bars upstairs and downstairs. The house is also dog friendly.

Whether you're planning a family vacation, a corporate retreat, or a luxurious getaway with friends, Sunsational offers an unforgettable Isle of Palms vacation rental experience that combines comfort, style, and breathtaking coastal views.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.

The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

We recently stayed here at 620 Ocean and it was the best vacation home that we have ever rented. Every detail was added in this home. We brought our small dog and they had little areas for dogs like the water and food area under the bar in the kitchen. The views are stunning and we spent every morning watching the sun right on the porch swing. We had fun using the pickle ball court though none of us knew how to play! We will be back!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Sunsational is an incredible home for so many reasons. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the owners thought of everything when they designed, built, and furnished this home. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this one is exceptional! There was more than enough room for our entire family of 4 separate family groups. Spacious bedrooms, an office, a yoga/exercise room, and multiple sitting areas provide the opportunity for togetherness, but also for privacy, when desired. The main kitchen and scullery kitchen are spectacularly appointed and well stocked to prepare meals for large groups. The main deck with outdoor kitchen, comfy sitting area, bar counter and stools, and dining table might have been our favorite place to hang out when we weren't in the pool or at the beach, although there are multiple decks from which to choose! We loved the outdoor recreation space with everything you could imagine, including a gorgeous pool, a putting green, bocce court, a pickleball court and the beach is just steps away. There's even a nice shower off the patio and an outdoor bathroom off the deck. There are too many wonderful and pleasing surprises in this home (wait until you see the garage!) to share in a review, but this home spoiled us and exceeded our expectations. It's truly the perfect vacation home!
