Hot tub was perfect. Views wonderful. Home was “Over the top” in every way imaginable. Absolutely pet friendly- the paddleball court and pool area were magnificent.

Favorite memories: Impossible to narrow down, but will try. Walking the beautiful beach, swimming in the ocean, playing pickleball and bocci, swimming in the beautiful pool, lounging in the hot tub. Watching the gorgeous sunrises and sunsets.

Favorite memory: walking the beach and watching the sun on the water. Our favorite restaurant is salt water cowboys on Shem Creek- great barbecue. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

This house is a resort all-in-one. Like nothing we've ever experienced. So many places to enjoy all in 2 days. Wish we had more time to explore!

I would give this home more than a 5 star. It was the best it could have been and even more. We were celebrating an 80th birthday. We had 14 family members from 17 to 80, lots of room for everyone, both inside and outside.If we needed anything, it was fired within the hour. Was a wonderful place!!!! Thank you from our family.

Thank you for opening your home to families like ours who formed lifelong memories this week. Beautiful weather! Loved playing pickleball and bocce ball with friends. A little putting competition was fun as well. Walks on the beach were so peaceful and refreshing. Awesome time! The pool and hot tub are a perfect place to relax with friends.

We recently stayed here at 620 Ocean and it was the best vacation home that we have ever rented. Every detail was added in this home. We brought our small dog and they had little areas for dogs like the water and food area under the bar in the kitchen. The views are stunning and we spent every morning watching the sun right on the porch swing. We had fun using the pickle ball court though none of us knew how to play! We will be back!

Oh my goodness! Where do I start?! Sunsational is an incredible home for so many reasons. I'm not exaggerating when I say that the owners thought of everything when they designed, built, and furnished this home. We have stayed at many vacation homes and this one is exceptional! There was more than enough room for our entire family of 4 separate family groups. Spacious bedrooms, an office, a yoga/exercise room, and multiple sitting areas provide the opportunity for togetherness, but also for privacy, when desired. The main kitchen and scullery kitchen are spectacularly appointed and well stocked to prepare meals for large groups. The main deck with outdoor kitchen, comfy sitting area, bar counter and stools, and dining table might have been our favorite place to hang out when we weren't in the pool or at the beach, although there are multiple decks from which to choose! We loved the outdoor recreation space with everything you could imagine, including a gorgeous pool, a putting green, bocce court, a pickleball court and the beach is just steps away. There's even a nice shower off the patio and an outdoor bathroom off the deck. There are too many wonderful and pleasing surprises in this home (wait until you see the garage!) to share in a review, but this home spoiled us and exceeded our expectations. It's truly the perfect vacation home!

Please note: The elevator is available as a courtesy amenity for guests with health or mobility needs. Children must be supervised in the elevator at all times and are not permitted to play or jump in the elevator. As with all mechanical equipment, occasional service interruptions may occur; elevator availability is not guaranteed and is not considered part of the rental agreement. Rental monies will not be refunded due to elevator malfunction or downtime. Please inquire about dimensions if needed for wheelchair access. The pool and hot tub are heatable for an additional fee. Up to two dogs are welcome for an additional fee. This property runs Friday to Friday in the summer.
