Step into the front door, and you'll be greeted by a charming foyer that leads to the spacious living room, complete with a wet bar. Continuing through, you'll discover a magnificent open porch with breathtaking ocean views and a large dining area—an ideal setting to savor meals prepared in the newly renovated, open-concept kitchen. Whether you prefer engaging in playful activities with your kids in the expansive backyard or unwinding on the porch, this sanctuary offers something for everyone.

When you're ready to take a break from the sun, indulge in the modern elegance of the newly renovated gourmet kitchen. Boasting top-of-the-line appliances, granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and a generous center island with bar stools, this culinary haven is sure to delight. On the first floor, you'll find the master suite, featuring a luxurious king-sized bed and two separate, fully appointed bathrooms—one with a spacious stand-up shower and the other with a soothing soaking tub and a stand-up shower. Adjacent to this opulent suite is a connected sun room that offers picturesque ocean views, where you can bask in the beauty of stunning sunrises from the comfort of a chaise lounger or additional seating.

Ascend the stairs or make use of the convenient elevator to reach the upper level, where four additional bedrooms await. Alongside these sleeping quarters, you'll find a large TV room, a cozy sitting room, and another sun room that offers sweeping ocean vistas. Three of the four bedrooms feature king-sized beds and private bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom offers a single over double bunk bed, a private bath, and captivating ocean views. Additionally, two of the bedrooms provide direct access to a porch that overlooks the pristine beach.

At 'Avonlea,' you'll discover a haven of luxury, comfort, and captivating views. From the sparkling pool and hot tub to the private boardwalk leading to the ocean, this enchanting retreat offers a plethora of upgraded amenities to enhance your stay. Whether you're enjoying the sunrise from one of the sun rooms or relishing in the elegance of the newly renovated spaces, 'Avonlea' guarantees an unparalleled vacation experience.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

I strongly recommend this property. Super spacious for big groups, backyard is extremely secure if you would like to bring your doggies. We did and they had a great time. Private exit to beach!

The house is incredibly beautiful--not only huge, with more than enough bedrooms and bathrooms to provide personal space for all in the fam, but also gorgeously outfitted, inside and out, from the furniture down to the decorative details. The location is perfect, with an unbelievable view of the huge yard and the ocean, and a super-short walk to the sand and swimming. Hurricane Ian passed through Isle of Palms but didn't put a damper on our time together given the wonderful home base!

This house is incredible - even better than the pictures! We stayed for a week with family and friends to celebrate a milestone birthday. There was plenty of space for 4 couples/families and so much to do for both adults and kids. Easy access to downtown and lots of major sights as well as the beach right out the front door. The property manager was very communicative. We cannot wait to come back!

Beautifully decorated ...beautiful views from every window and decks. Wonderful kitchen. Pool and hot tub and surrounding area was lovely. Huge yard with private boardwalk access to beach. Had a great week making memories with Mom!

This home was absolutely stunning and impeccable. The decor was so beautiful. The furniture and beds were so cozy and comfortable. The pictures online are great, but when you walk into the home, it was so breathtaking. The views were spectacular and the house is so private with the lush greenery and huge yard and pool. We had a private chef come one evening and it was so nice to sit at huge table and chairs on the screened porch. We just had the most amazing time and truly fell in love with this home and property. It was so nice to have a private boardwalk to the beautiful beach also. We cannot wait to come back. Thank you!

Fabulous home that is well appointed and beautifully decorated. The location and views cannot be beat! We were uncertain exactly what to expect during COVID, but the rental company was 1st rate and the home was immaculate upon our arrival. That area of the beach was not crowded Although it is our first time using Exclusive Properties, we will definitely continue using them in the future.

Lots of good living space, great views, awesome location. Probably the only negative I can think of is the separated kitchen from the living space. Usually in a house like this we are used to it being one open space. Other than that it was amazing all the way through.
