Part of our exclusive collection, 'Casa Flamingo', 912 Ocean Blvd., is sure to exceed all your expectations for a fun and magical vacation! With its eight bedrooms and six and a half bathrooms, this oceanfront mansion will be unforgettable. Each bedroom houses a carefully thought out theme and a king size bed. With the additional recreation room on the first floor housing two double sleeper sofas, there is plenty of room to sleep up to 20 people. Enjoy amazing oceanfront views, upgraded amenities including a private pool with two kiddie pools, an above ground hot tub (heated for FREE), and a private boardwalk access. The private elevator has access to all floors and can be used by those in need of assistance.

The first two floors of this three-story house are where the majority of the bedrooms are located. The bottom floor of this home has the 'Superhero' room with a King bed and its own private bath with a walk-in shower. The other full bathroom on this floor has a double vanity and standing shower and is to be shared between the 'Redneck Riviera' with a King bed and the recreation room. Enjoy watching TV or having a snack from one of the commercial fridges at the high-top table after a long day of playing in the pool. There are two pull out double sofas in this common area as well. The next floor up is home to five more bedrooms, four of which have porch access and ocean views. The 'Dog House' and 'Cat House', both King beds, are connected by a shared bathroom, containing a double vanity and water closet where the tub/shower combo is nestled. 'Caddy Shack' and 'Hippie Heaven', both with king beds, share a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. And the 'Zen Den' has two King beds, renovated private bathroom with stand up shower and porch access.

Head on up to the main floor of this dream home where stunning ocean views and luxury seating awaits. The living room has ample seating for all friends and family to enjoy and is complete with a wet bar. The newly renovated kitchen and dining area is just off the living area, complete with two dining tables, a little kid’s table, and seating at the kitchen island bar. The porch on this floor has rocking chairs to enjoy evening sunsets and morning sunrises and even an 'eye-spy' binocular stand for a closer look at dolphins spotted in the water! The master suite on this floor is themed 'Captain's Quarters' and has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

You will never forget the magical memories created at Casa Flamingo and your family will beg to come back year after year.

Elevator measurements: the elevator is 30½” x 46”. Max. Weight Limit: 450 lbs.
Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay

We had the best time @ Casa Flamingo! We had family all gather from Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina at this festive, fun beach home. The views, the location and the home was so perfect for our group. So many conveniences and very well planned out. The kitchen was perfect offering two of everything; from dishwashers, cook tops and fridges. We had plenty of room for cooking and meal planning as well. There was even an extra fridge/freezer down on the first floor to hold the excess. We sat out on the decks at all times of the day - plenty of seating for that and plenty of seating for dinner time when we would sit down together. We enjoyed ourselves immensely and will want to come back year after year!

This house is amazing for all age groups. Plenty of room and the kitchen is a dream. We had plenty of space, house is close to shopping and restaurants, especially for our elderly who didn't want to walk far. We were very fortunate to meet the owner our last night in the house. She was delightful and it was fun learning about all the casa houses. We will definitely be back and can't begin to explain the amazing character of this house

We absolutely loved spending time at casa flamingo! We thought we'd have to cancel our annual girl's trip this year due to Covid (we usually go to Cancun). We had so much fun in Charleston we may permanently change our destination! The pool, beach access and fabulous gathering are upstairs mad this one of the most enjoyable trips we've ever taken. Thank you for the funky art, etc. it was so fun and we had a great time pointing out all the various curiosities to each other. We hope to be back next year!

Fantastic beach home with many amenities and perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and grocery store. Updated double kitchen and bathrooms. Easy drive/Uber to Charleston. Plenty of room for our group of eight adults and four children. We would definitely return to Casa Flamingo.

It was better than the pictures. We had our family (5 of our kids, 3 spouses and 7 grandchildren - all 4 and under!). It is truly a remarkable place - we enjoyed reading all of the great signs, and I love the decor!! It was a wonderful place to celebrate our combined 145th birthday! This place was truly MAGICAL! I should know (as magician at the Bronx Zoo)!

My wife and I were invited to join wonderful longtime friends to celebrate a very special event at Casa Flamingo. Not withstanding the initial attack by a flock of friendly flamingos on our arrival, the time with friends as well as the new friends we made while here, we leave with a little sadness. Leaving behind such a whimsical and uplifting place, at least we can take the memories with us. Everything else was glued, nailed, screwed or chained down.

It is such a nice house to spend our vacation in and is decorated with such a Southern flair!! We appreciate the cleanliness and the accommodations meet and exceed our needs!! Once again, a wonderful, restful, beautiful vacation in your lovely beach home. We went to the beach, found new restaurants, played Scrabble, enjoyed the pool and each other's company. Our family comes from Chicago and Nashville so we love it when we can all get together and have quality time as a family. Hope this isn't our last trip! Enjoyed every minute. Love these houses.

Lots of character and vibe!! Enjoyed our week in the IOP. The sunrises & sunsets along with the 70°+ weather over the Thanksgiving holiday really met the expectations of the family from Seattle. Look forward to returning and trying out another themed house!! Enjoyed our time in IOP!!

3rd visit to Casa Flamingo (4th time in one of your lovely homes)! All had a great time - water temp warm & air temp - wonderful!! 2 little girls (age 5 & 2) loved the pink house! We adhere strictly to the house rules - remove shoes, fix cold drink… etc! We especially like walking down to eat at Coconut Joe's! Biking thru IOP is relaxing AND "hurray" for the new Harris Teeter Store! No more over the connector for anything! Thank you for your hospitality. We love making family memories here!
