Description

We are thrilled to present The Sea Herring, a distinguished addition to our Luxury Collection of Isle of Palms rentals. This unique and stunning home has four bedrooms, four and a half bathrooms, a custom pool, NEW hot tub, and beautiful views of the creek. Be one of the first guests to experience the Isle of Palms in this brand new home. From the moment you walk in, you notice that no detail was forgotten.

The first floor has an open space with the chef's kitchen, dining room with extra seating at the kitchen bar, and the large living room all with views of the waterway. Off this open space is the front porch that has comfy inviting couches to lounge in or two tables to enjoy a cocktail or morning coffee while watching the boats go by. Walk down the hall and you will find a half bathroom and the laundry room. A little further and you will step in to the master suite with a king bed and an office nook. An ensuite bathroom provides double sinks and a large walk-in shower. You will also enjoy the back porch access that overlooks the pool and back yard. The pool has a great swim platform that is great for kids to splash around or just to layback and relax and on chilly nights you can warm up in the stand alone hot tub with two lounge seats and room for 6 people. When you want to get out of the sun, you can enter the large screened in porch that has a large bar-height dining table, comfortable seating, and a large TV.

The second floor has three other bedrooms and a second sitting room with a porch. The first bedroom has a king and private ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. The second bedroom has a bunkbed with a single over a queen and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination, the third bedroom has two queen beds and bathroom with an entrance in the hallway that has a stand up shower. The sitting room has a large flat screen TV and a porch that overlooks the waterway.

This brand new house is just a few minutes walk to the beach and just 5 blocks to the downtown "Front Beach" area with lots of great restaurants and shops. You can't go wrong booking this spectacular home.

This home is incredible! Clean, beautifully decorated, and so spacious! My family enjoyed this beach home over Thanksgiving week. The outdoor pool area/screened in porch was our favorite. Just a short walk to the beach and IOP restaurants, too. We can't wait to come back!

The house is just lovely, even nicer than the pictures. I appreciate the simple things like soap in the bathroom, products in the shower, and a very well stocked kitchen with everything you would ever need to cook or bake anything. The homeowners have done an outstanding job. I would highly recommend this as a terrific vacation home for anyone!

Brand new! Beautiful interior design with hardwood floors,original artwork, and a fabulous kitchen to entertain. Lovely backyard with pool and hot tub but a very short walk to the beach! Gorgeous views from the decks! Best of all however is that despite its size you feel cozy the minute you enter. It’s as though it were built for you!!! This is truly a vacation spot you’d return to each year!! We’re not first time travelers but we’ll certainly return to this gem.

This property was just as advertised. Immediately, we were struck by how clean and updated everything was. In addition, there were people scheduled to come during the week to make sure everything was working properly. The neighborhood was perfect for our group and we enjoyed going into Sullivan's island at night.

If you are looking for a beautiful, peaceful spot within easy walking or carting distance to the oceanfront, this is your spot. The house is gorgeous and well appointed. The view of the marsh side is phenomenal. Our family can't wait to come back!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Sea Herring! This beautifully decorated 4-bedroom beach house truly has it all. Every room is appointed with high-end items, offering a blend of luxury and comfort from the bathrooms to the stunning outdoor pool area. The house is spacious enough for two families, providing more than enough room for everyone to relax and unwind. The location couldn’t be better—just a short walk to the beach, and the view of the marsh is simply spectacular, especially for enjoying a sunset cocktail. We felt completely at home and pampered throughout our stay. We can’t wait to return to this little slice of paradise!

This house is in a fantastic location, the rooms are well thought out and the home could not have a better well-appointed kitchen! We celebrated the New Year here and it was perfect! The beach is a very short walk and the sunrise and sunsets over the marsh from the decks and kitchen and living room are spectacular! They thought of everything in this house we highly recommend it! Exclusive Properties is by far the best vacation rental company we have ever used! From our initial conversation to the final goodbye, everyone we spoke to was the consummate professional in every way. We loved our stay on the Isle of Palms in the Sea Herring. The property was amazingly tidy, clean, and efficient. We had everything we needed, right down to the nap blankets. The pool, downstairs screened porch, and deck off the kitchen were nice amenities, and we really enjoyed being so close to the beach.

Beautiful home, perfect location. The house was so peaceful. The owners thought of everything when designing, building and decorating. The work nook was perfect to get work done while everyone was sleeping. Plenty of room to spread out for quiet time and kitchen large enough for family games and dinner. Thank you!!!
