As part of our Island Collection, 'Pavilion A La Plage' is a seven bedroom, five and a half bathroom home located in the heart of Isle of Palms, in an area called Pavilion Place. The home is in a small community of just six homes that share a large swimming pool, picnic area and is right behind the home (open May- September depending on weather). 'Pavilion A La Plage' is located in a prime location for families and vacationers looking to enjoy all the Isle of Palms has to offer. The home is just 75 yards from the beach and within walking distance to "Front Beach" restaurants, bars and shops. 'Pavilion A La Plage' features wood floors in the common areas, carpeted floors in the bedrooms, tile floors in the bathrooms and granite countertops in the kitchen. The whole family can gather and enjoy the open floor plan with the open kitchen, dining and living areas.

On the first floor of Pavilion A La Plage you can enjoy spending time with family and friends in the open floor plan kitchen, dining and living areas. The kitchen in this home features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a bar seating area with five barstools. On this floor are two bedrooms--the first is appointed with a king bed and shared bath with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom is a kids room with two bunk beds twin over twin and double over double. This room shares the bath with the king room. There is also a half bath on this floor by the kitchen.

The second floor in 'Pavilion A La Plage' encompasses the remaining five bedrooms. The first of these sleeping quarters features a King bed, with a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Next to the first King bedroom, is a second bedroom with a King bed also featuring its own private bath with walk-in shower. The next bedroom is a king bedroom as well and a private bath with a walk-in shower. The spacious upstairs master features a king bed and shares a large bathroom with a large soaking tub and walk-in shower. The last room on this floor contains a twin day-bed with a pull-out trundle and shares the large master bathroom. The second floor in 'Pavilion A La Plage' also features a wet-bar by the laundry room.

'Pavilion A La Plage' is the perfect location for families or groups looking to enjoy time together on the beaches, at the pool and on the Isle of Palms. With its semi-private community pool, close proximity to beaches and downtown Isle of Palms, 'Pavilion A La Plage' has a lot to offer guests looking to relax!

Great family get together

We had an awesome extended family get together with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There was a total of 13 of us, mainly couples, with a few older teens. We had lots of space to spread out in different parts of the house but also if we all wanted to gather in the living room, we could do that too. The kitchen was well equipped, we cooked a big breakfast every day. There were a number of restaurants in walking distance and we actually headed into Charleston one evening too. Grocery store was only 5 mins away too.

This house was even better than the listing. We had guests from 11 to 71 and everyone had a great time. No ocean view but easy walk to the beach; Enough parking for our 4 vehicles; very kind and helpful check in staff. Big closets. TVs in all bedrooms. Overall I'd say the house is a bit more spacious than it appears in the listing. Would def come again!!

For starters, the house was exactly as depicted. Our family of 15 was well accommodated. We visited the beach daily and with wagons, gear & small children in tow, we never felt over burdened with the MAYBE 2 minute walk. I studied google maps thoroughly before our visit and still wouldn't have guessed how convenient all of the local amenities were. Groceries, shopping, restaurants all within walking distance. The shared pool felt like a private pool and was well maintained and just steps behind the house. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

My family and I stayed at the Pavilion A La Plage on IOP earlier in May. It could not have been a better house/location. All the guest were comfortable, and we still talk about how great of a location it is to the beach, Windjammer, and Papi's Taqueria. Would highly suggest staying here if visiting the area. Working with Exclusive Properties made everything smooth and easy.

Getting a place for a family of 15 with ages ranging from 7 to 84 is no small feat! This place was perfect for us! We had plenty of room for all to gather when we wanted and space to spread out and each go their own way when one wished. Short walk to beach for sun lovers and for fishing and for children playing.

Cannot say enough good things about this house! It was perfectly located, a stones throw from the beach and restaurants. Even though it was close to all the action, it was still quiet and serene at the house itself. The house had a ton of room for a large party like ours, and it was amazing that so many bedrooms had king beds. The property management team was incredibly communicative and helpful, giving us great suggestions for beach chair setup and where to get a good drink (to-go frose at the Co-op, in case you wanted to know too). 10/10 would stay here again.

We had the best family stay in this house. Very neat, comfortable, and plenty of seating. The pictures reflect the actual place. It was beautiful, and such a good location. We walked to the beach, and restaurants every day. A plus for sure. The band noise from the local restaurant was very loud on Friday, and Saturday nights. You will hear it in the house with the doors closed, but the good news was they ended at 9 one night, and 9:30 the other night. Loved the whole visit.

Both Exclusive Properties and this home were fantastic! The realty company staff members were very easy to work with and accommodating upon our arrival. The home was located in the heart of the IOP business district with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The home was also right across the street from the beach! The home was immaculate, with comfortable beds and furniture and the perfect size for our group of 8. I would definitely re-rent this property and work with Exclusive Properties in the future.

We've been having our family reunion at IOP (or near there) for over 30 years. That's a lot of rentals. This house was close to perfect for us. Nice big table to share meals and play games, very well stocked kitchen, lots of bedrooms and bathrooms, and a very short walk to the beach, store, and evening entertainment. We rented bikes as usual, and enjoyed riding on the beach and surrounding streets. We had the fewest suggestions for improvements ever - only had a few chairs that needed repair. Everything else was great, and the management company was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Amazing for my bachelorette party. House was so nice and big. Pics don't do it justice. Lots of space. There are a set of bunk beds in the one room, I think the pics are out of date because it only shows two twins. Ordered groceries and the kitchen was fully stocked before we got there (used groceries ahead.com). Took sprinter vans to the city.

Just Right!

There were 9 of us ranging from 12 - 74. It's hard to have fun if anyone is tired and there were plenty of beds for everyone to get enough rest. Beach and restaurants literally two minutes away. Rental business easy to work with. Easy trip into Charleston. Just a beautiful place in the world. We had a blast.

We really enjoyed ourselves in this beautiful home. It worked out perfect for my family!

I have a large family and we all fit in this place perfectly. We are close to the shops and to the beach and other family members who got other VRBO rentals in the area. I highly recommend this place on isle of palms for your next vacation. We're already thinking about coming back.

Great place for a large group!

We had a large group that had come down for the bridge run. There was plenty of room for all of us. I rent a lot of houses for vacations for big groups and this house was by far the most impressive. It's irritating when you have a large group and there are limited seats for dining or not enough plates, glasses, etc. This place had an abundance of seating and everything else needed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, extra coffee maker, etc. We also enjoyed the location, easy walk to restaurants, bars and the beach.

This was the best place to stay on the Isle of Palm. Conveniently located a 2-minute walk to the beach and other restaurants and bars in the area. The house was beautiful and had enough room for all 15 of us that stayed there! Super easy check in and check out. I want to go back already!

This house is in a perfect location! Easy walk to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants. The only complaint we had was that the outdoor liiving space was very small, just the little deck you see in the picture. Otherwise there was plenty of room and the two rooms with trundle beds connected was great for the families with smaller children. Would recommend for a large group for sure!

Property was well kept, maintenance issues were handled quickly (unfortunately the fireplace wouldn't work.) we mostly enjoyed the long farmhouse size table. Great for meals but also for games as we were inside a lot due to the weather.

Perfect place for a large family gathering

We have rented several houses on Isle of Palms for our extended family gathering over Thanksgiving. This is the first time that the house has been fully stocked with utensils, plates, glassware and linens. Its proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops makes walking everywhere possible. Having the grocery store less than half a mile away doesn't hurt either! We highly recommend staying at Playa La Plage

Very comfortable house and great accommodation for our entire family (12 people).Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, large living and dining room to hang out, conveniently located next to beach, bars and restaurants. This spacious, pristine home was the ideal setting for our recent three generation family getaway! Just steps away from the beach, shopping, restaurants and the ice cream parlor. Plenty of activities for the littlest ones all the way to grandparents. We loved that the house had open dining/living area for us all to convene ... Can't wait to come back!

This home was just right for a family vacation! The house is well maintained and clean. We were within walking distance to restaurants and shops. It's so nice not to have to get in a car every time you want to do something! The house is spacious enough that everyone can be together yet have their own bedroom and bath. We enjoyed the beach which is close by. There was a playground for the children. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends!

This was a perfect location for the groom and groomsmen this past weekend for a Boone Hall destination wedding. We rented 4 houses on the Isles of Palm for a long weekend and walked between.The guys loved this place and enjoyed catching up and "celebrating" before the Big Day.

Beautiful House in a Great Location!

This house is only a block from the beach and from the small town strip of stores, restaurants, and bars. It was extremely quiet, but we were not there during the busy season. The only unfortunate thing about the house is that it does not come with beach chairs. For a large family traveling from all different areas of the country, we could not bring beach chairs for everyone and it would have been nice for the house to come with a few for the renters to use. The house was very spacious, the kitchen was stocked with cookware, and it was nice for each bedroom to have it's own bath. Would definitely recommend this house or visit again!

Golf Buddies Loved This!

I planned a Charleston golf trip for my old high school buddies and chose Isle of Palms as our home base because of its central location and easy access to downtown Charleston, Mt. Pleasant and Wild Dunes. Pavilion a la Plage was the perfect spot for us. We could walk to the beach, Sea Biscuit for breakfast, Coconut Joe's for lunch and an afternoon beer, and the Windjammer for entertainment and a few drinks to cap the day. The seven bedrooms allowed almost everyone to have their own room, which is nice when you're in your 50's and need your sleep. The house was clean and spacious. I'd rent there again given similar needs.

The house itself is gorgeous with beautiful furnishings and a well stocked kitchen. Its proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars is amazing and it's only about 25 minutes to downtown Charlestown. All in all the house was more than we could ask for.
