**Booking Year round! During the Summer months bookings are Saturday to Saturday. We have a 3 night min in the off-season**

As part of our Luxury Collection, 'Palm Manor' is a beautifully decorated, 4,500 square foot, eight bedroom and eight and a half bath beach home ideal for family reunions and large groups. The city allows 18 people overnight, not including children under 2 yrs old, though the home has sleeping arrangements for up to 20. Guests will appreciate the additional outdoor space with the outdoor decks and private pool (heatable for a fee). Palm Manor also features a private elevator, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, gourmet kitchen, private pool and close proximity to the beach as well as the restaurants and shops on "Front Beach".

The first floor of this lovely coastal retreat features four large bedrooms with king sized beds, each with their own private bathroom and porch access. Additional sleeping arrangements on this floor include two separate bedrooms, each with two sets of twin sized bunk beds. These two bedrooms also have their own private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. Two large porches adorn the front and back of the home--the back porch overlooks your private pool and has direct access to the backyard and pool via a staircase. The front porch is perfect for catching a sunset or sunrise over the ocean.

The open floor plan living space is ideal for enjoying the company of friends and family. Palm Manor's kitchen features granite countertops, a large fridge, a large freezer, stand alone ice maker and ample bar seating. This beautiful kitchen opens up to the large dining area where there are two dining room tables, offering plenty of dining and entertaining space. Two additional bedrooms are located on this second floor--both adorn king beds, private bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and porch access. Enjoy quiet evenings from either of the two large porches off the second floor--the back porch overlooking the private pool, or the front porch looking across the street at the Atlantic Ocean.
With all its amenities and sleeping quarters, large groups and families will surely benefit and enjoy all that this home and the Isle of Palms has to offer.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

We had a wonderful time and the house was setup perfectly for 5 families, 4 bunk bed aged kids and 1 3 year old. The private pool was a huge hit and the walk to the beach was perfect!

The house layout was perfect & the home was very well maintained! All the bedrooms had an en-suite bathroom which was greatly appreciated. There were 16 of us so the 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers & 2 dining tables were utilized daily. The location of the home was near the beach, & restaurants making it easy for our group to walk or ride bikes to most locations. The entire family felt this was am amazing great vacation!

This is a lovely home close to Isle of Palms shops and restaurants. Our family stayed here the week of a wedding in Charleston. It was a comfortable, well-maintained home. Our first time in IOP left us with a fine impression, thanks in part to the house we found.

Our large family was extremely comfortable in this rental. The location kept everyone busy and happy. It was exceptionally clean, well stocked and extremely well laid out. We had everything we needed for our weeks stay. Exclusive Properties is THE best. The knowledge, attitude, good humor and sense of caring in their people; the easy communication; the aim to please and prompt responses can't be beat. We truly enjoyed Palm Manor. The home was perfectly suited for our family. 6 kings and 2 bunk rooms. Plenty of space. Beds were comfortable! Bathrooms were updated and very nice. The 2 dishwashers were needed and appreciated as were the 2 refrigerators. We loved the large pool and the basketball hoop and volleyball net were a great surprise. We used them ALL week. Our only suggestion would be to resurface the pool deck as it was very very hot and scratchy. The inside of the pool was also very scratchy. But...neither of which stopped us from enjoying pool time every day!. One other thing...when we did have issues the maintenance was easily reached and VERY prompt in responding to the few issues we had. None of which were major. Thanks for a fabulous week!

Thank you for your help in finding a house in Isle of Palm for my friends wedding a few weeks ago! Your help leading up with having items in the house was amazing as we had everyone traveling via plane so limited ability to bring certain items. The house was beyond perfect for a large group where we could all sleep and have meals together yet everyone had their own space with the many rooms. It really is perfect for a group attending a wedding since every room had a bathroom to help in getting ready. The decor was beautiful and beyond expectations. It was very much worth the short ride into downtown Charleston so that we all had a place we wanted to be in and sleep in. While it was cold out, we tried the pool which is awesome and we already want to come back in season. We had to check out windjammer since it is so close and wish we had more time to enjoy it.

Being close to the beach and local restaurants made everything easy. The house was clean and very well equipped. The only downside was that the outdoor areas (poolside and porches) all needed more seating. Overall it was a great house and a wonderful long weekend!

A great location/neighborhood. Across the street from the ocean with easy access to the beach, shops and restaurants which are all just steps or a short bike ride away. The house is nicely furnished in a great neighborhood with upscale furnishings and a large kitchen ; 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, large pantry and more than enough dishes/cookware etc. Perfect size and layout for a large group. Upper level has a wonderful panoramic view with a lovely porch furnished with rockers and lots of comfy seating inside for dining and hanging out. Excellent floor plan throughout for a large group or family. The bedrooms are spacious with bathrooms en suite - fluffy towels and comfy beds. ***Be aware that the 2 bunkbed bedrooms are best suited for children/younger teens. The 6 king bedrooms, however, got rave reviews. The backyard and pool area are well maintained with plenty of lounge chairs, table with umbrella, chairs and grill. Perfect location just a few steps away from the beach access, restaurants, and shops! All bedrooms are spacious, plenty of space inside and out for large groups including children. The private backyard in ground pool and porches are relaxing especially the rocking chairs with views of the sunrise and the Ocean. Multiple refrigerators and the built in under cabinet ice maker was a life saver! This house will exceed your expectations!!!!!!

This is a perfect choice for a family (or multi-family) vacation! The house has everything we needed for a week of fun at the beach and by the pool. The proximity to the beach and local restaurants could not be better. We could access everything we wanted or feel completed secluded in the back yard by the pool if we wanted to. Our daughter had a wonderful time and we had a carefree week! Highly recommend this property!

We had a lovely stay at this house! Is incredibly spacious, and the best part is that every bedroom has an en suite bathroom, which made it very comfortable for a large group. It's also super close (3 min walk) to the beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants. Would highly recommend, especially if you are with a big group or don't have a car.

We had a wonderful stay at this house! It has a massive common area which was perfect for a large group to be able to gather and all be together in one space. Additionally, each bedroom had its own bathroom and very comfortable beds. This really makes for a great weekend as everyone was comfortable and there was no fighting for the bathrooms. The pool is awesome and gets great sun! The beach is just across the street so it was easy to go on spontaneous walks on the beach and then come back to the house for the pool. It's also very walkable to restaurants, shops, and the one and only Windjammer! I can't recommend it enough!

Our Favorite Beach House Yet

We have been coming to IOP for several years now, and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. The house was very well stocked with kitchen items we needed to cook for a large group. It was the cleanest house we have walked into. The pool was large and well maintained. There is a very short walk to the beach and ice cream shop. The fireworks display was right off the front balcony, so we didn't have to even leave the house to enjoy them. The management company was so responsive to all of our needs and immediately responded to fix any issues we had. We have already booked again for next year. Thank you for a great vacation!

The bedrooms were large and the open living room and dining room provided ample space for us all to gather. We all enjoyed the pool and the back yard. Halloween Fun

Fourteen older folks came to Charleston/Isle of Palms area for Halloween. The well maintained home worked very well for us as it allowed all the different folks access. We had folks who could not climb stairs so the elevator was much used. It was an easy home to relax in and the kitchen was wonderful; well stocked and the eating areas easy to access. Some enjoyed the verandas and more active folks walked the beaches, etc. The bedrooms were top of the line with comfortable beds. The listing photos accurately reflect the property. We were out for sight seeing, history tours and plantations (do not miss the Angel Tree outside Charleston) in the day and totally enjoyed coming home to this home. The home can sleep 18, but two bedrooms are geared to young children with bunk beds. Older folks OK with the bottom bunks, but the top bunks are for the young ones. Our group would recommend this property which is excellent location and has excellent management.

Exclusive Experience

Suffice it to say, Exclusive Properties provide our family with an Exclusive Experience - Thank You EP! Magan was a saint, dealing with our large and unorganized family! We couldn't have done it without her. And the remainder of the EP staff followed Megan's kind and helpful manner in suit. Really, a first class operation. The proximity of this house to the 'downtown' of IoP really added benefit to this experience (3-5 min walk). We had a few other couples & families who were not able to spend the full time we did on IoP, so they were able to stay at the hotels and stroll over to the house for meals, partying and generally hanging out - no need for cars, parking or coordination - more or less, this proximity to the additional accommodations acted to 'add rooms' to this house. Further, the teens were able to have a night life which also avoided cars and coordination - effortless and appeasing for all. A short walk the other direction (2-3 mins) brought us to a beach access. The lack of public parking for this access made it approximate a private access. Looking back towards the 'downtown,' one could see the crowds at the 'public' beach, could quickly walk there is one wanted to be more social, though at the same time we were to be comfortably free of the crowds and enjoy a peaceful beach. The house itself was grand. Tall ceilings, ample bathrooms, quality fixtures,.... The kitchen was set up for a crowd with two of near everything, including large tables, dishwashers and coffee pots! The oversized stove and ovens also participated in making the feeding of a large southern family convenient and practical. Having the bunk room for the kids and another for the teens kept things peaceful. And having a floor plan with multiple master suites made the multi-household sharing of this palace fair and comfortable for all. The elevator also deserves a mention - without it, i dont think we could have had all four generations of the family relaxing as we did - priceless. And logistically, all of the under-house parking left our driveways free and clear for Picasso-quality chalk art, plus ample room to enjoy the ping-pong table. The fenced-in backyard with great pool (deep end in the middle with shallow ends), large pool apron, grass lawn and beautiful landscaping wound up being the backdrop of over 1,000 pictures between the families! Thank You Exclusive Properties for facilitating great memories - see you next year!!

Exceeded our expectations

This property is fabulous. We had 8 couples uniting for a group 50th celebration. The house is gorgeous, has a great layout, big hangout room, with doors that close so the sound doesn't travel. Great locale to beach entrance, multiple decks and walkable to the little town. Well appointed, and all the rooms were beautiful and the beds comfortable. I'd highly recommend it, you could not possibly be dissapointed.

Great multi-generation reunion house

We had a great time here. We were 13 people, from age 15 to 80. The in-house elevator was convenient for the over-75 crowd (or anyone with aching knees). Right around the corner is The Sea Biscuit Cafe, a nice place for breakfast. One block from the beach, which was uncrowded in December and lovely for walks. It was too cold to use the pool, but it looked clean and nice. From the house it's easy to drive into Mt. Pleasant for Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, CVS, movie theatre, banks, whatever you need. There is also Boone Hall Plantation in Mt. Pleasant, which we enjoyed visiting. We also drove into Charleston for sightseeing and restaurants. The house is clean; the kitchen is well-equipped. (Note: I did bring my own chef's knives and cutting board because I am fussy about knife-sharpness and a particular kind of cutting board. But there were knives and cutting boards there.) With 13 people we had to clean often, so I really appreciated the central vaccum system! The rental agent was pleasant and responsive.

Palm Manor

We stayed here to celebrate both my husband's and my 80th birthdays. Our family ranged from one year old to eighty with all ages in between. The house is awesome and it is perfect for a large group. Very close to the beach, restaurants, shops. If you like to have some private conversations, there are so many porches, pool area, nooks, etc. for privacy. The bedrooms are very large and the younger ones enjoyed the bunk beds, plus having a Tv is every room. We highly recommend this house. The large upstairs area is super for large groups insofar as it is an open floor plan with living, dining, kitchen flowing into each other. Thus, you can all be together. Megan of Exclusives Properties is the very best ever. She was so nice, professional, friendly, and helpful to us. She really helped us in many ways.

Our group of 18 had a wonderful time calling beautiful Palm Manor our home for a week. The house is as lovely as the online photos and is well maintained. The large open floor planliving room, dining room and kitchen space was a perfect gathering area for a group of our size. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for preparing meals if eating in is on the agenda. The large pool and expansive porches with rocking chairs are also great gathering areas. The management company was very responsive to questions and a minor issue with the air-conditioning. Our group took full advantage of the area activities with time on the beach, shopping and site-seeing trips to Charleston, golf outings to Kiawah Island and Wild Dunes, plantation and fort tours, fabulous lunches at Magnolias and Poe's, and wonderful dinners at The Ordinary, The Boathouse, and Sullivan's. A wonderful house and great location for a family vacation!

Palm Manor

The house was very clean when we arrived. The furnishings were beautiful. Great space in the kitchen with plenty of seating. Wi Fi and the tvs worked great. We had an issue with water in the garage from the pool filter and the maintenance person came right over and fixed it the same day we called. The noise from the Windjammer bar was a bit loud some nights but otherwise ok. Easy walk to the beach and we had a nice ocean breeze on the front deck. Enjoyed a couple days in Charleston, recommend the Fort Sumter and the Charleston carriage tours.

Perfect Home for our Family Celebration

Wow! The house was everything we hoped it would be! There were 16 of us celebrating our 30th anniversary. I wanted a porch with rocking chairs and an ocean view. Got it!! My husband wanted a pool in the backyard as well as a grill- got them! All the adults had comfortable king beds and their own bathroom. The five tweens enjoyed the setup with bunk beds in two rooms and their private bathrooms! The kitchen/family room/ dining areas - we called it the gathering area- was wonderful for being together. Those in charge of food still felt part of the games/puzzles/conversation/activities going on. The French Doors also offered some quiet to the bedrooms on the upper floor. My 9 month old granddaughter could take her naps and go to bed in their bedroom on the same floor as the rest of us and not be interrupted by loud games or conversation! Loved the ice machine and freezer in addition to the normal fridge. The beach was a short walk across the street and down one of many access paths. We also visited Fort Moultrie, Patriots Point, Downtown Charleston, Fort Sumtner, ate at the Shem Creek- Waterfront Restaurant, and participated in several activities at the local Recreation Center in IOP. We also shopped the beach shops a block away and enjoyed the ice cream shop most evenings. All of us were able to get into the pool for family volleyball games and cooling off. The pool was slightly smaller than the picture-but still provided enough room, was very clean and was a fun area with a table and plenty of chairs. Parking was easy both inside and outside the garage. The elevator was very helpful for the third floor. Any concern we had the manager took care of right away- the grill wasn't working when we arrived-they brought a new one the next day! One shower area was missed during cleaning- again we received apologies and management noted the issue. Cannot say enough about the Management Staff from booking to Follow-up- A great team-very accessible for questions, concerns and comments!!! We have great memories of our family beach time together in this home! We hope to go back soon! Try out Palm Manor for your Beach Gathering!
