As part of our Luxury Collection, 'Ocean View', is a seven bedroom, seven bathroom (two half), 4,000 square foot vacation home that offers guests the finest in luxury amenities. Among 'Ocean View's' opulent, luxury features are its three sided infinity edge pool and hot tub (heatable for a fee), glass elevator, 750-gallon aquarium, rooftop deck and Wolf stainless steel appliances. 'Ocean View' is  situated in an ideal location directly across from the beach on Ocean Boulevard with a short beach access right across the street. From the large wrap-around porches or widow's walk, you can have spectacular view of the island. Located just five blocks from the heart of the Isle of Palms, guests can enjoy shops and restaurants on Front Beach.

The first floor in this beautiful home features a large wrap-around porch and the three sided infinity-edge pool facing the Atlantic Ocean. Newly renovated outdoor kitchen with grill and wet bar. Five bedrooms, a den, and four full and one half bathroom grace the first floor of 'Ocean View'. Located next to the den is the first bedroom with a single over double bunk bed and a pull-out trundle. There is a half bath situated between the den and this first bedroom. Located down the hall from the first floor den are two bedrooms, each with a King bed and a full bathroom. The last two bedrooms on this floor, one with a queen and one with a king, each have their own bathroom, one with a shower and one with a tub/shower combination and each have porch access.  

The second floor of the home is perfect for friends and family gatherings with its open floor plan and high ceilings. Guests will enjoy lounging in the large family room admiring the exotic fish in the 750-gallon saltwater aquarium or enjoying family meals from the gourmet kitchen that features Wolf stainless steel appliances, six burner gas range stove-top, double ovens and kitchen island with prep sink and warming drawer. Guests can enjoy ocean breezes from the second floor wrap-around porch or the third floor widow's walk that can be accessed via the spiral stair-case from the porch off of the living room. Two beautifully decorated bedrooms, including the master suite are also located on this floor. The first room has a queen bed and has access to the half bath directly across the hall. The large master suite features a king bed and private porch access. The master suite bathroom offers the optimum luxury experience with a newly renovated walk-in shower and separate soaking tub.

This spacious beach house was perfect! Very comfortable! Plenty of room to spread out or enjoy each other's company! Gorgeous view and easy walk to the beach! Everything we needed and more! Close to everything…..grocery, shops & restaurants. Excellent communication with rental company and prompt response to needs!

We rent a house at IOP every summer for a family vacation. This was a nice house with plenty of bedrooms and baths for everyone. The porches and views are great. Nice pool area and outdoor kitchen. Do be careful with small children since the pool slopes to the deeper end in an unusual way. We didn't use the hot tub in the pool since we were told there would be an extra charge for gas used to heat it. Some folks enjoyed the rooftop one and it's views. The kids and adults enjoyed the ping pong, billiards, and putting green. Kitchen was well equipped - the only item in short supply were glasses of various sizes. We liked the area where the house is located - not as busy as houses we have rented closer to downtown.

This was our first time renting a home on IoP, we usually rent on Folly, but couldn't get one for the size we needed in time. Everything was as advertised. Checking in was easy and management was communicative without pestering us. The families really enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the option to go to the pool instead of the beach whenever we wanted. The pool and hot tubs were great. Everything was clean and well-stocked. With four families (8 adults, 8 kids), the house was still very quiet. Only thing I heard complaints about was the kids wished more fish were in the tank (only two) and the checkout was an hour later.

The house was a quality home in a great location - at the south end of the island near restaurants and a block from the beach. We only used the elevator to bring in suitcases and groceries as the main living quarters could be an easy walk up. Infinity pool centrally located!

This was a perfect vacation for our family and friends. The house size and amenities were just right. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies; We were able to cook easily. There are 4 rooms downstairs - each with their own bath. The master bed/bath room is upstairs. There is an additional bedroom off of the kitchen that we didn't need. There's a half bath for it. We enjoyed the putting green, ping pong and pool. Lots of things around to enjoy spending time with each other. We also loved the location. The street is relatively quiet and we could walk our dogs with ease. They loved going to the beach after 5pm!

Our stay at IOP was amazing! The house was exactly what we expected and more. The property manager checked in with me numerous times during the week and upon request came out to the house. We were very happy with our stay.

My first real visit to the IOP and our stay on Ocean View was amazing. Great house, amenities, location including our walk "across the street" to the beach ... perfect for our Atlanta, Charlotte and Charleston crew. We can't wait to come back!

I celebrated my birthday in this beautiful home. It was so well-appointed, conveniently located, quiet and private and needed nothing. I would definitely recommend this property and the staff at Exclusive Properties. We were able to use the app affiliated with the property and it made acclimating extremely easy. Perfect place!!!

Stayed at 411 for my daughters Charleston wedding. The location was perfect, just minutes from downtown Charleston. The house is beautifully decorated. The kitchen had everything needed to host a bridal luncheon I could not have asked for more.Exclusive Properties was fabulous to work with and very accommodating.

I was extremely happy with 411 Ocean Blvd. The block is a great location with close proximity to Sullivans and downtown. Kids rode their bikes in the street as there was very little traffic. House was in great shape. Ice machines located throughout the house kept a cold drink in my hand throughout the week. Kids LOVED the pool. Beds were comfy and clean. We will book again:)

Three generations gathered for a long weekend reunion recently. The house was perfect. It had everything we could have asked for. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were, and the furnishings were top notch. Easy access to the beach was important to us, and the property delivered. Megan and her team were wonderful to deal with.

Loved the house. Kitchen had everything we needed to serve Thanksgiving dinner for 22! Pool was wonderful and warm with the heat turned on. Promixity to Ocean was perfect! Exclusive Properties was easy to work with and very accommodating.

This was a celebration for 12 "girls" that have been friends for over 50 years and all turning 65 this year!!! The house was amazing and was everything we were hoping for. The pool and oceanfront view were spectacular. We visited Savannah one day and Charleston another day. Both were great trips. One of the best things we did was to contact indigeniuscuisine which was recommended by Exclusive Properties. Our chef, Arlette, and her husband Patrick did a phenomenal job. The food was fantastic and the presentation was amazing. I would highly recommend having them prepare a dinner. The staff at Exclusive Properties were extremely friendly and if we needed anything, it was taken care of immediately. Thank you to everyone who helped make our "celebration" a memorable one.

We stayed for a long weekend with 6 couples and 4 toddlers and everything was perfect. We flew from all over the US to meet in IOP. The house was beautiful and everything was in perfect condition. We loved the pool and perfect beachfront location. We grilled on the beautiful outdoor patio area next to the pool and we could also easily walk into the main town on Isle of Palms (right down Ocean Avenue). We area already talking about booking again for next year!

Which is super important to us since we book online without a visit to the house. Service was very responsive, there were no issues but when a call was made, it was answered straight away. This was an amazing high-end vacation home! We loved being on Ocean Blvd. right across from the ocean and the unobstructed ocean views made it feel like we were oceanfront! The beach access was right across the street and the walk to the beach seemed closer than some of the other oceanfront homes that we've stayed in. The amenities were endless. The hot tub on the rooftop looked out over the ocean and was nice to relax in. The aquarium was a cool touch and kept the kids entertained! The kids also enjoyed the infinity-edge pool and the ping pong table. There's even a separate TV area with a card/puzzle table for the kids, so the adults can watch TV in the living room. That was a huge plus. The kitchen was well appointed and made cooking large dinners a breeze! We grilled out and used the outdoor kitchen area and big table a lot. We all had such a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this home to everyone!

We made the change to IOP after vacationing Hilton Head for 29 years. We loved the slower pace and laid back attitude of those we encountered. The house was our favorite and we plan to return next year!

We had a good time during our stay at this IOP home. The house is well equipped with kitchen utensils and appliances all the way down to board games. The kids loved the bunk room. The beach is actually a short walk away, and though it was raining for a lot of our trip, we were able to make it there a couple times. Our cousins live in Mt Pleasant and it was a < 10 minute drive to their place, so location was perfect for us. A nice quiet area and it felt like home. I would def recommend this place!

We stayed in this house recently, and it was incredible. The kitchen was well equipped - we did not need or want for anything throughout our stay. The house was spacious enough that 14 people had plenty of room. The swimming pool was great, and the view was AMAZING. We loved being right across from beach access - it was very convenient. The pictures don't do it justice - one of the nicest places I have ever stayed - will definitely book again.
