Two of the King bedrooms can be converted to two Twin XLs in each (You must let us know at booking if you want them switched to Twins). This exquisite residence, designed by Architect Brent Fleming and built by MSP Custom Homes, offers a seamless blend of opulence, elegance, and unparalleled coastal beauty, creating an enchanting haven where relaxation and sophistication intertwine.

Nostos is situated on a quiet residential street which runs perpendicular to the ocean providing breezy ocean views, and the beach is just steps away. This meticulously planned home offers top of the line amenities that focus on both comfort and style. Here are just some upgrades you will enjoy while renting the home of your dreams- Elevated private pool with heat and cooling systems (extra charge) and a heatable spa (extra charge), a pool cabana with a bathroom and a separate enclosed shower/changing room, elevator, main kitchen and a full prep kitchen, Wolf gas range, Sub Zero fridge, two additional full sized fridges, and two beverage refrigerators, a separate ice maker at the bar, prep kitchen 2nd oven, a Wolf steam oven, microwave, two dishwashers, ocean views and porch access from every bedroom, each with their own TV, two outdoor TVs, an upstairs TV sitting lounge with a desk, lower level game room with ping pong table, card table, and a whole lot more! 

The first living floor above the garage offers a grand entrance with a powder room. To the left are two bedrooms with two bathrooms, straight ahead past the bar area the 10-foot oak French doors open to the spacious pool deck and hot tub. The hallway to the right opens to the grand living room with gas fireplace wall and stunning porcelain surround and open’s seamlessly to the Chef's kitchen with everything for entertaining. The dining room provides seating for ten and the center island doubles as a breakfast bar with counter seating for four. Additional dining on the screened-in porch is available with a table that seats eight. This porch also has a large TV and lots of plush furnishings and tasteful décor that offer a warm and inviting outside ambiance.

Enjoy the Chef's kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances and an additional full prep kitchen behind the main kitchen to prepare your meals without having to be in the open main kitchen. This prep kitchen has a full-sized fridge/freezer, two ovens, one of which is a Wolf steam oven, microwave, toaster oven, an additional dishwasher, coffee bar, pantry, sink, and lots of China and glassware and even acrylic glasses and wine glasses for poolside. The dining room is conveniently located next to the main kitchen with a TV and access to the front porch.

The two bedrooms on this main floor both have King beds.  One of these King rooms has an en-suite bath with tub and the other King bedroom may be converted from a king to two Twin XLs (you must let us know at booking if you want them switched to Twins) and is adjacent to a full bathroom with a stand-up shower in the hallway. This bedroom also has access to the back deck and ocean views from the bed! The other has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo and access to the pool deck or back deck. This room also has ocean views. Coming Soon-- Take the spiral staircase from the back deck to the rooftop and relax on the built-in bed and take in the panoramic views of the ocean.

The second living floor encompasses the other four King bedrooms including the Master and a lounge area with a TV and a built-in desk overlooking the pool. The first bedroom has a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combination and access to the back deck with great ocean views. Enjoy ocean views from this bedroom as well. The next bedroom has a King bed with ocean views that can be converted to two Twin XLs (you must let us know at booking if you want them switched to Twins) and has a full bathroom in the adjacent hallway with a stand-up shower. On the opposite side of the TV lounge is the Master bedroom and the last King bedroom. The Master wing has ocean views from the right side of the room and ocean views from the left side where you can relax in bed and look out at the ocean. This sizeable Master Suite has a sitting room with comfortable seating, a chaise to sit back and read, set up your laptop at the desk area, or take it to the porch from this sitting area. You can also enjoy your first cup of coffee in the mornings from the coffee bar without having to leave the Master bedroom. The large ensuite marble bathroom includes a soaking tub, a large walk-in shower that is ADA compliant, double vanities, and a make-up vanity as well as access to the front porch. The last King bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom with double vanities and a stand-up shower that is ADA compliant, ocean views and access to the front porch.

One of the most unique features of this home is the converted game room in the garage. Enjoy a game of ping pong or play a poker game at the game table. There’s a large TV to enjoy your favorite sport’s game and you can open the French doors to the patio and play a game of Corn Hole.

This brand-new home has everything you need for a spectacular vacation. The elevator is great if you need help with groceries or luggage or for someone that has a hard time with stairs and with the two ADA compliant bathrooms, this home could be one of the only options on the island that can accommodate someone in a wheelchair. This home is absolutely stunning and over the top. While not directly oceanfront, you certainly will NOT be disappointed. There are ocean views from most every window. (Probably every window, I just didn't get around to all of them!!!) The home has every amenity you can possibly imagine, including a prep kitchen off of the main kitchen and a coffee bar. The pool and hot tub area are breathtaking and both are heated. The house is just steps away from a path that leads directly to the beach. No busy streets to cross and no golf cart needed to access the beach. There are fireplaces to enjoy as well. There are two beautiful master suites and four more large bedrooms from which to choose. All bedrooms have king sized beds. There is also a laundry room on each level of this house and also an elevator. Steps lead up to the rooftop to have an even better view of the ocean. I cannot express how beautiful this home is. We will definitely be back.

The Perfect Beach Home – My girlfriends and I LOVED our stay in this newly built beach home. The home is both luxurious and comfortable. We enjoyed all the home’s wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces for group cooking, dining and socializing, as well as the large quiet bedrooms where we could each retreat for time alone and rest. Isle of Palms roads can be busy, so I especially enjoyed the quiet street where the home is located and which ends in a beach path just steps away from the home. The home is a dream!

I cannot tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at 6 51st Avenue. When you enter the house you feel like you have arrived at just the spot where you can relax in luxury. The main gathering space has generous comfortable seating and is open to the kitchen and dining room as well as offering access to the pool, a balcony and a beautiful screened porch. A perfect place to be a part of the conversation or to sneak off to more private nooks. There are so many spaces in this amazing house to gather. Lovely decks outside of every bedroom and some wonderful views of the ocean. I loved waking up and seeing the ocean from my bed. The rooftop deck offers amazing views and just feels special. The pool is magnificent with the attached changing room and bathroom. We enjoyed the heated pool and the spa everyday. I don't sleep well typically, but the bedding in the house truly made all the difference. Every need was taken into consideration. Plenty of closet space, beautiful bathrooms and fabulous amenities. There was never a back up of laundry since there are two laundry rooms. And having the prep kitchen was a surprise bonus and really gave another great spot to ease into the day. The beach is right there and we loved taking walks on the beach everyday! I hope to come back to this fabulous home as often as I can. It is a true gem!

My college roommates and I had an amazing stay at Nostos! Every room has breathtaking views of the ocean! The home is decorated beautifully and has so many luxurious amenities. I loved having 2 laundry rooms, one on each floor. The kitchen and prep kitchen had everything you could possibly need. I also appreciated the elevator, especially for getting luggage to the 2nd floor. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub and the screen porch with a fireplace was perfect for cool nights! We will definitely be coming back!

Dream of a vacation rental

6 51st Avenue is a dream of a vacation rental. The house is well equipped/stocked with a spacious design that easily accommodates a large family or group. Situated just steps away from the beautiful, wide, white-sand beach, this rental provides water views, and we loved spending cocktail hours on the rooftop deck watching the sky change colors. The hot tub / pool area, chef's kitchen, comfy king beds and luxurious linens are just a few of many perks that make this house a wonderful place to relax and rejuvenate.

Fabulous home This home is so well designed and appointed-and very up to date with today’s lifestyles. There are many lovely rooms to use whether you decide to be inside or out. The pool and hot tub are fabulous. The location is close to the beach and many restaurants. We will definitely stay here again.
