As part of our Luxury Collection, "Isle be Back" - 5 57th Avenue is one of our newest additions.  It is a gorgeous, six bedroom, five and a half bathroom inverted floor plan home with spectacular ocean views and private pool (heatable for a fee). Located on the quiet side of town, this seaside retreat may quickly become your family's favorite destination.  

This home is located next to Wild Dunes, which offers two famous golf courses, great restaurants and plenty of biking opportunities. 
Take a dip in the private pool, choose from one of the multiple spacious porches to sip your sweet tea or take a quick walk across the street to the beach. There are many upgraded amenities such as the convenience of an elevator, private pool, brazilian cherry hardwood flooring, and corian and black granite countertops throughout, making it the perfect place to spend your vacation.  
 

The first floor has a large entrance that flows into a spacious den and comfy seating as well as a wet bar with a full sized fridge and microwave.  Also on this floor are four bedrooms, each with a private bathroom.  The first room on the left has a King bed, private bathroom and porch access. The next room on the right has a King bed and private bathroom and access to porch as well. The third room has two single over single bunk beds with a pull out trundle under each that will accommodate six with a private bathroom.  The last bedroom has a King bed, private bathroom and porch acess.   
  

The second floor of this vacation gem has a beautiful spacious kitchen featuring custom cabinetry and  stainless steel appliances perfect for cooking up some culinary feasts for your group. The large island includes two dishwashers and the bar has additional seating for five.  The dining area, which has an ocean view, is adjacent to the kitchen and seats up to ten people.  Enjoy the ocean views from the expansive porch with rocking chairs, grill and dining table.  The living room also has ocean views and a flat screen TV.  Also on this floor you will find two more bedrooms; the master suite, furnished with a king bed and private bathroom and access to the porch and a bedroom with two twin beds, perfect for kids (stackable washer and dryer are in a closet in this room).

We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was the perfect peaceful luxury location for our family Thanksgiving vacation. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property management made the checkin process extremely smooth and convenient. Their assistance on planning details and additional reservations made the vacation effortless for us. We couldn’t have loved it more. We left saying “Isle Be Back” soon!

Accommodations were perfect for our family gathering of 8 adults and three teenagers. Kitchen was very well equipped. The pool area and third floor porch were wonderful places to gather and relax. The property management company was extremely accommodating and responsive to our inquiries and needs. Would definitely rent again!

My bookclub recently celebrated our 20th anniversary with a trip to Charleston. We rented the property and were exceedingly pleased with the house and location. The house was amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out as well as gather together for games and meals. It was well equipped and very clean. Each bedroom was comfortable and had outdoor access which was nice. And you could not beat the location — absolutely perfect! The checkin/checkout process was super easy and the Exclusive Properties staff was amazing. We had an incredible time and would recommend the property as well as rent again.

The house was beautiful! The view from the main living area and porches was breathtaking! The pool area was private and relaxing. The house was very spacious and accommodated all 14 of us well. The ice maker was a plus. The location is very private but convenient. Only a minute walk to the beach. We were even surprised to see white tail deer in the yard across the street! Everyone enjoyed the house and had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend this house.

This house is amazing and I hope to rent it again. Very clean, well-stocked, luxurious, comfortable, spacious. We had an amazing view of the ocean. We rented Isle Be Back for a reunion of our high school friends, as we all turn 60 this year. I can't say enough about this beautiful home. Location was perfect -‘just steps from the beach. It was well appointed with everything we needed. Our entire group agreed that it was simply perfect!

This house was perfect, just as the pictures depicted. Spacious, wonderful view of the ocean from the porches, and very well decorated. The kitchen is amazing and the bed linens were spotless and upscale. Very much enjoyed it and wished we could've stayed longer.
