**Booking year round. We are Saturday to Saturday in the Summer, but we have a 3 night min in the off-season**

As part of our Luxury Collection, 'Dolphin View' is ideally situated on the Isle of Palms, near Sullivan's Island and Breach Inlet. This home features many luxury upgrades such as natural heart pinewood flooring, built-in bunk beds, gourmet kitchen, elevator, private pool, hot tub (heated for a fee) and rooftop terrace with spectacular views of Hamlin Creek, the Intracoastal waterway.

The first floor in Dolphin View houses two bedrooms with private baths, a half bath and an open floor plan living room, kitchen and dining area. Enjoy spending time with family and friends in the gourmet kitchen that features granite countertops, double ovens and island gas range cook top, or relax in the naturally lit living room with front porch access. The first of the two bedrooms on this floor includes a king bed, private bath with walk-in shower and porch access with pool views. The second bedroom has two built-in bunk beds (singles), a private bath with a tub/shower combination and porch access with pool views.

The second floor in this luxury home includes three more bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom. The first is the master which features a four-poster king bed, direct access to the large front porch where guests can enjoy views of the Intracoastal waterway and a private bath with a separate walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. Just down the hall from the master are another two bedrooms--the first with a queen bed and private bath with a walk-in shower and the second with two twins and a private bath with a tub/shower combination.

From the second floor, guests can take the spiral staircase to the third floor that features a wet bar and a large widow's walk roof-top deck. Guests can enjoy sunbathing during the day or enjoying sunset panoramic views of Hamlin Creek, the Intracoastal Waterway and the Atlantic Ocean.
The exterior of the home provides the perfect space for entertaining and spending time with family or friends. Located in the private, fenced in back yard, guests can enjoy the use of their private, in-ground pool and hot tub (heated for a fee). The pool and backyard area creates the perfect place to relax or grill out. When guests are finished swimming in the pool, they can enjoy sand and sea with just a short walk down to the ocean.

Great house, amazing location/views

We loved our stay in Isle of Palms; the house was incredible, and it was located in a great area for exploring both the Isle and Sullivan's Island. The view from the roof deck is a 10/10. The property managers made it incredibly easy to check in and were very responsive when the hot tub wasn't working properly and sent someone over quickly to fix it. Would rent again!

Amazing Stay

Loved this property. Home was clean and had anything we needed. The pool and hot tub were great with lots of toys to enjoy while swimming. The bar area was equipped with fans so we could stay cool while not in the water. Location was a short walk to the beach so we were able to enjoy morning walks, afternoon sun and evening strolls. The sunset from the upper deck was nothing short of spectacular. My only feedback was that with a house so large, more seating in the family room would be nice. We thoroughly loved our stay and look forward to returning. Thank you!

Dolphin View was as advertised. A very clean house with a stocked kitchen. The pool was great and the right size for 10-12 people/kids. The beach was a manageable walk in either direction. The adults had a great time sitting on the rooftop porch watching the sunsets. The only critique was that the wifi was very slow and undependable, which made it hard for some of us to check in on work issues or for kids to use their devices - thank goodness for mobile hotspots.

We were excited to be able to stay in such a welcoming home. The many outside porches, pool deck and rooftop viewing area were wonderful places to spend time with friends. The location on IofP, very close to Sullivans was exactly what we were looking for. We appreciate the stay!

Dolphin View on Isle of Palms was a great vacation! Everyone enjoyed the house and all the amenities! The beach was 2 blocks walking distance. We walked with our dog to the beach every morning to see the sunrise! And we enjoyed the sunsets the rooftop of the house! Great vacation memories!

Great Family Christmas!

We rented this house to spend Christmas with my parents and my sister and her family. 10 people total. The bedroom configuration was perfect and we especially loved that each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The common space was large enough for us all and the kitchen was well equipped. The teenagers used the hot tub and ping pong table every day. On the second to last day the heat went out on the main floor. The management company was very responsive and it was fixed within a few hours. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

This house was very amazing! Nice bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms. Open kitchen and living area. The pool was great. Some shade in the afternoon which we appreciated. The rooftop was by far our favorite place. ❤️ We played cards and then looked at the stars every night. Awesome trip!

It turned out that the spacious and nicely decorated home was a perfect getaway and we hope to return in future years. The house is really impressive inside, with high ceilings and premium furnishings. We especially loved the pool area, which is beautifully landscaped with bamboo, palmettos and (what looked to us like) banana plants. Porches on front and back of house provided a shady spot to sit any time of day. Beach was about a 5 minute walk and never very crowded, even on the weekend. Service also was attentive and quickly addressed the few issues that arose during our stay. Great vacation!

This house was perfect for us to share with our grown children and grandchildren - enough common area and enough privacy for all. It was tastefully furnished - not at all kitschy beach-themed - and the furniture was user friendly. It was all in excellent condition minus those pesky humidity-induced sticky doors. It had a Wonderful kitchen which was SO well- equipped! We really appreciated the plastic plates for the little ones, along with other thoughtful touches such as nightlights. The balconies were a huge hit and watching the dolphins never failed to charm us. We underestimated the magic of seeing the sunset from the upper balcony - what a wonderful way to end our days. The pool was terrific as well and it was so nice that it was private and shaded. Our only disappointment was that The Exchange Club directly across the street is doing some construction and the dumpsters and porta potty were rather inelegant views.

The pool offers a private retreat and the rooftop deck provides sunset marsh views . Visitors should consider golf cart rental for hauling kids and equipment to the beach as well using back streets to the town center for ice cream or other entertainment.

Great Family Vacation

We loved Isle of Palms so close to Charleston and a great not crowded beach. The house was so comfortable for our large family with each bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped and the elevator was very convenient to carry the luggage to the different levels. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. We also liked the fact that our son's dog was allowed. The walk to the beach was very easy . We will come back!

First IOP Visit

This was our family's first visit to IOP and we enjoyed it very much. Dolphin View was a beautiful home, with every amenity imaginable. The second floor master bedroom was amazing! Home was immaculate; however, the pool deck/patio was littered with small remnants from water ballloons. Outside shower could have been better as well. Overall, we would definitely return!

Great house with five bedrooms, and five baths. Great pool which gets shade as well for those that don't want to be in the sun. Rooftop views for ocean sunsets are really nice. We had six grown ups and one baby and everyone had their own rooms including the baby. EP provided a vendor for a baby bed which was great. Great kitchen and supporting dishes and utensils. Only minor issues were backing out on to Palm Blvd and a little far from the beach, but still worked out. Great management company that addressed minor issues timely.

We rented 202 Dolphin View for our 50th anniversary to celebrate with our 3 married children and 4 grandchildren ages 8-16. It was perfect for my family. A bedroom and bath for each of the 4 couples, and the grandchildren loved the bedroom with the 2 bunkbeds and bath. The kitchen and living area were roomy and easily accommodated us; the beach was an easy 2-block walk away; the kids used the swimming pool every afternoon after sightseeing; the elevator made it convenient for my husband who had recently had knee surgery; and the roof-top deck was fun for the grown-ups to sit and visit after the kids had gone to bed. We chose the perfect house for our needs.

We had a wonderful time here. The house is laid out very well, the elevator is a plus. Spacious home. We had three couples and four small children here and we all had plenty of room and privacy. We had no worries about the toddlers and the pool, it would be very difficult for a small child could get to the pool without adult assistance. Everything you need is in the kitchen. The bathrooms are roomy and clean. The house is also just plain beautiful. Large windows, wood floors, balconies. Perfect property for a large family and children of any age. May 2016

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week's stay at Dophin View. Beautiful home with gorgeous views of the marsh. Grand children enjoyed the heated pool, hottub and crabbing on the beach at night. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the home layout allowed the family to enjoy each other without falling over everyone. The open concept and elevator allowed my husband, who uses a wheelchair, free access to the home. The management staff was very accomodating and quickly addressed our issue with the pool heater. We'd definately recommend ths home to any large family wanting a relaxing get away vacation.

Responding to our recent stay at the fantastic, roomy, very, very comfortable house on 202 Palm. Every day was made special because of the amenities; including warm showers, a kitchen and living area with plenty of space and adequate cooking "stuff". The kids loved the pool, so did the adults. Walking only a couple blocks to the beach was not a problem for anyone. Beds were very comfortable. Everyone had an adequate supply of towels and linens. The rooftop provided a beautiful area in the evening to admire the sunset and the rising moon, at the same time. Basically, everything that was advertised and emphasized in the internet information was exactly the way we found it. My wife and I have contracted condos, houses, etc., roughly 18 times over the last few years. This facility topped them all. It is getting difficult to get our growing family together every year. Hopefully, if the occasion arises to do this again, we will be glad to touch base with you folks for another visit to the IOP.....Very satisfied clients...Sincerely, Ron and Sue
