**Booking year round! We are Friday to Friday in the Summer, but we have a 3 night min in the off-season** 

We are excited to present the newest edition to our Luxury Collection, the 'Coastal Manor', a stunning new construction on Isle of Palms, SC. This brand new custom built home is located on Palm Blvd. right across from the ocean with a convenient beach access just steps away. This six bedroom, six and a half bathroom home boasts 3,936 square feet of luxuriously appointed living spaces, professionally decorated. This amazing home allows you to spread out in the bright and open reverse floor plan home equipped with two Master bedrooms, in-ground salt water pool and hot tub (heatable for a fee), convenient elevator going to all floors except roof top (can't guarantee all wheelchairs will fit), multiple porches and roof top with ocean views and so much more you'll never want to leave.

 

There are six bedrooms sleeping upwards of 16 people in beds, though the city only allows a max of 12 (not including small children under two years old). Each bedroom comes adorned with impressive, contemporary décor and a private bathroom. As you walk up the porch to the front entrance, you immediately feel invited to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the custom made bed swing. Walking through the front door you will notice the wood ceilings and calming designer colors. Immediately to the right is the first king bedroom with a private bathroom with a stand up shower. Down the hallway, you will enter the first Master bedroom with a king bed, French sliding doors to a private porch and an adjoining sitting room with a pull out couch (linens not included- please ask). This Master has a beautifully appointed private bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower with multiple shower heads. Head down the hall to the next bedroom and you will find a queen bedroom with a private bathroom including a stand up shower. The final bedroom on this floor is the bunk bedroom with four custom built beds. The two top beds are twins and the two bottom beds are doubles facing out from the wall, so you don't feel like you are in a bunk bed. This room has a private bathroom with a stand up shower. 

Head upstairs and you will be in awe of the bright and open living room, dining room and kitchen area. The high-end Chef's kitchen is a cook's dream with custom cabinets, a large island with four barstools, GE Professional Series stainless steel appliances including an impressive 48" six burner gas range with a griddle and two ovens. The dining room is conveniently located beside the kitchen making serving a breeze. After dinner, relax in the comfy living room with a large sectional and flat screen TV or wind down with a cocktail from the bar equipped with a bar sink and wine cooler. Gather around the custom-built wood bar table locally made from salvaged walnut milled from Pennsylvania.  

On this main living floor is a half bathroom, two more bedrooms with private bathrooms, and a sitting room great for kids. The first bedroom is on the left and has two queens and a private bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The bedroom on the right is the second Master with a private bathroom with his and her sinks and a large walk-in shower. Conjoining these two bedrooms is a sitting room with a pull out couch (linens not included- please ask) a large TV, desk and porch with sliding French doors.

The outside spaces at ‘Coastal Manor’ are a piece of paradise. When you aren't relaxing on the multiple front porches, two looking towards the ocean and two over-looking the private pool, then you will be soaking up the sun on the roof top, towering over the homes in front and looking out over the Atlantic Beach. When you want to cool off, head down to the private pool and enjoy the backyard oasis. Swim in the salt-water pool or relax in the hot tub (heatable for a fee). Then, grab a drink at the outside bar and watch TV or hit some golf balls on the private putting green. There’s so much to do at Coastal Manor, you will never want to leave!

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

Our family of ten can't say enough good things about this property! It was beautiful and exactly as depicted in the photos. It was very clean and had just the right amount of decor. Everything about it was perfect! We appreciated that all bedrooms had an adjoining bathroom. The open and spacious living area was great for spending time as a family. The ocean views from the front porch and crows nest were amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, putting green and ping pong table. The beach is a short walk across the street. The location was not more than 30 minutes from Charleston as well as many other sites to see and things to do. Our family loved this property!

We had a wonderful stay at Coastal Manor……the home is beautiful and very accommodating! We had 4 families staying there, ages 4 months - 72 years, and we had plenty of room. The kitchen, dining, family room area was perfect with the porch looking out onto the ocean. The home is nicely decorated and each bedroom has its own bath. There is even a small tv room off the family room, which served well as the kids toy room. I can't say enough good things about this property and would definitely rent again. Exclusive Properties rental company was also very good to work with. They sent someone over to show us how to work the hot tub and were more than happy to answer any of our questions.

This property was well furnished for a family Thanksgiving celebration. My Mom is in a wheelchair post stroke ....but the elevator and room layout was perfect to accommodate her wheelchair. There were also a number of roll in showers as well which made bathing far less stressful. Plenty of parking including the street in front of the house. We would absolutely rent again.

House is in a great location - directly across street from beach access path. Also able to ride a bike to breakfast/lunch spot. Close to grocery and liquor stores. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds! Great stay.

First, this house is gorgeous! And if you are going with a lot of women, every room has a bathroom which was super important to us. You are right across the street from the beach, and about a 3 min drive to downtown IOP. We rented a car, so not sure how long the walk would be, maybe about 15-20 minutes. The pool area was perfect and the bar set-up was great for food and drinks. This may be standard, but our only complaint was not having enough extra toilet paper, paper towel and cleaning supplies. We would have loved to give the counters a wipe down every day but there was nothing to clean them with. But overall, this house is amazing, location is GREAT and we'd definitely return.

This is a beautiful house in a great location just steps from the beach. Even though it was winter, we went to the beach every day because all we had to do was walk across the street! The home itself is brand new and extremely clean with really beautiful decor touches. The layout also lent itself well to our very large group of three separate families ranging in age from 1-68 years old. We all had our own space but could also spend lots of time together on the awesome main floor with ocean views. Hopefully we'll get to stay here again maybe even in the summer next time!

I stayed at this amazing property for four nights with 6 friends the first week of November, 2018. It was my first time to Isle of Palms. The home is absolutely perfect for a large family or group, It is immaculate, wonderfully decorated and like new. The pictures accurately reflect the style. It is located across the street from a beach that you can walk, run and ride bikes. We rode bikes to nearby Sullivan's Island for lunch and went into Charleston and Mount Pleasant for shopping/dinners. The property management was excellent and attentive. I would definitely stay here again!
