Every detail is custom designed, from the doors and trim to the European white oak oiled finished flooring to the quartzite leathered finished countertops. Enjoy luxury perks like a sparking pool and hot tub, elevator and roof top. 

Enter through the front door and you will be greeted by a beautiful custom two story glass chandelier. Walk down the hall to the first floor sitting room with large flat screen TV and comfy seating. Grab a drink from the convenient wet bar with wine cooler and ice maker and stroll out to the pool with a chair ledge and in water umbrella or relax in the spa (heatable for a fee).

The first floor has four bedrooms and a bonus bunkbed room. The first bedroom has a king with an ensuite bathroom and porch access. The second bedroom has a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The third room has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The fourth room has a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and an attached bonus room offering two twin over twin bunk beds, seating area, a built in wet bar and an attached balcony.

Walk up the stairs to the main floor and you will enter upon the large open living room with a large comfy couch and ocean views. The open floor plan expands to the large high-end kitchen, island with extra seating and dining room. Gather around the huge island with a large stainless steel sink with dual faucets and auto shut off faucet feature or sit at the dining room table and open the sliding glass doors to the porch to let the fresh air in. Right outside the sliding glass doors you will find the outside kitchen and grill and an outside dining table.

Down the hall from the kitchen you will find the master suite with a king bed with reverse tray ceiling with LED rope accent lighting. The ensuite bathroom has floor to ceiling large format tile, dual floating vanities, zero entry walk in shower, Victoria & Albert soaking tub, backlit mirrors and separate water closet.

This modern, unique home is located in a very quiet, residential area. You will love every inch of this customized home.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.

The home is beautiful! The pool, hot tub, and elevator were key features for us. The proximity to beach access is great too! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kitchen/living area is very large and open.

Rented this house for my wife's 40th birthday with a group of friends. Everything we hoped for with this house was met! Wonderful location, modern design, clean, plenty of beds and baths, privacy and easy access to Isle of Palms and Charleston. My husband and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Charleston's Genesis! The house is relaxing, well-stocked, and is close enough to everything we wanted to see and do- from Mount Pleasant to Charleston and all the shops and restaurants in between. There is a great restaurant within walking distance of the property, and the views of the ocean from the balcony are just stunning. I appreciated the beautiful open space of the home and the clean, modern, and welcoming feel. I want to ramble on about the hot tub and pool, and the gorgeous floors and windows and everything else, but suffice to say we LOVED this rental.

This was our most amazing stay yet in Isle of Palms. Easy beach access, an amazing view of the ocean while dining indoors or out on the deck. The spacious decks, pool, hot tub, quiet and breathtaking location made our trip one to remember. We enjoyed Isle of Palms, the beach and shops and the fine dining and all the sights of Charleston just a short drive away. I would recommend this house to any family who wants a getaway they will never forget

The home at 124 Charleston in IOP is the most spectacular property on the beach! The attention to detail in design and décor is stunning and perfect. There is not one thing missing to make your stay here the memory of a lifetime. Every time I look at each area of this house, I find something new and exciting and perfect. The location could not be better. The views are incredible. This home is close to all that defines the Isle of Palms life. I have no reservations whatsoever in giving this particular property my highest personal recommendation. You will not be disappointed!!

The photos on the listing caught my eye, and the reality was even superior. There was nothing we needed that was not in the house. The proximity to the beach was better than expected. The pool and entertainment system were the best we have had at IOP. Rate is not cheap, but will be worth it.
