As part of our Luxury Collection, 'Belle Mer' provides you with the luxury you expect and deserve in a custom, island home overlooking the pristine Atlantic Ocean. Belle Mer offers the absolute finest in beach front living with its ten bedrooms, ten and half bathrooms, and carefully constructed indoor and outdoor spaces. This gorgeous home includes many luxury features such as the elevated infinity edge pool, and heatable hot tub overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, landscaped backyard, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors, five decks and outdoor living areas, elevator, and wine cellar.

The first floor of this lovely home opens to the gorgeous and custom built living, dining, and kitchen spaces. The chef's kitchen is decorated in cherry wood, dark granite countertops, and includes a custom made refrigerator that matches the cabinetry. Additional kitchen amenities include two dishwashers, a 48 inch Wolf gas range stovetop, a wine cellar, a large island with prep sink, and a bar area with seating. The beautiful living room is appointed in comfortable and stylish furniture and has a large screened television on the wall, making this room a perfect space for entertaining or watching movies. Adjoining the living and kitchen room is the expansive dining space that includes a large table and seating for up to ten. If you are looking for a relaxing evening outside, look no further than your back porch. Guest will enjoy using their outdoor kitchen with ice maker, beverage cooler, and grill for cookouts while also enjoying the custom infinity pool that overlooks the Atlantic Ocean. Four bedrooms adorn this floor--one king master with private porch access to the pool, and a private bathroom with a separate Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower accompany this great room. Down the hall from this lovely master is a smaller king room with a private bath with a tub/shower combination, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (two singles and two doubles) and a private bath with shower. The fourth bedroom on this floor is a nicely appointed king bedroom with a private bath with walk-in shower.

Belle Mer's second floor is just as beautiful as the first, and offers plenty of space for additional bedrooms and entertainment space. Situated in the center of the floor plan is a bedroom with a King bed, ocean views and porch access and has a full bathroom across the hall with a tub/shower combination. A second master bedroom is also located on this floor--this lovely room has a king canopy bed, a sitting area, private access to the ocean front porch, and a private bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Additional sleeping arrangements on this floor include an oceanfront room with a king bed and porch access, a second bunk bed room with two singles and two doubles, and a queen room--all with private baths with tub/shower combinations.

The third floor in beautiful Belle Mer offers a unique third master that encapsulates the entire floor. This lovely private floor master has a king bed, sitting area, private bathroom with separate Jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower, as well as a wet bar and private porch with immaculate views of the beautiful back yard and the Atlantic ocean.

First, the property management company was amazing and so easy to deal with, just outstanding customer service. The house was incredible and so beautiful overall. The beach was so beautiful and pool and hot-tub was great. The kitchen was incredible and the beds where comfortable. Overall 10 out of 10!!!!!

Our family had a fabulous time as first time visitors to the Isle of Palms. We could not have been more pleased. The property was as pictured on the web sight. We loved that there are three separate living levels as we were with three families. Each family had there own space at bed time. ( of course the children insisted on sleep overs ) Grammy and Pappy were able to take the third floor which gave us privacy and quiet to decompress at night. We loved the pool, hot tub and beach. We will definitely be back!

Just a paradise. The house has a true elegance, with lots of space for all. We stayed in the penthouse bedroom, and the views from our balcony were incredible. The beach was so easy to access, and it felt very much ours, without the large crowds of other beach locations.

The IOP is a beautiful place to visit. We had lovely weather for late October. Belle Mer was perfect for our family with it's diverse needs! The elevator was key for us as well as the open floor plan. Karen was a gem to work with.

Amazing house, location and time!

My family stayed for 5 nights at this house to celebrate my birthday. It was 4 families with 5 kids total (2-8 years old). The house was very clean upon arrival and withstood the kids while there. The kitchen is well-stocked and spacious. There's enough room in the house to not feel like we're all on top of each other, and each bedroom had its own bathroom. The walk to the beach was close (and fresh water shower along the way), and the beach so nice and water warm! There is a garage area to park 4+ cars, and we were lucky in that there were some kid boogie boards to use. We rented beach towels, chairs, cooler, boogie boards and lawn games from a local company that delivered to the house - so easy! Working with Exclusive Properties was a great experience - very helpful and responsive, with great recommendations. The only thing I wish is that general items would have be stocked in the house - laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, salt, pepper, trash bags, etc. A bit of a waste to buy a whole job of laundry detergent for 5 days.

The Exclusive Properties were extremely accommodating and great to work with and the house was exactly how we imagined it to be - and more! All in all, it is a beautiful property. The online pictures really don't do the actual house any justice. Whether it be sleeping in one of the many beautiful bedrooms or using one of the multitude of bathrooms, our party was always comfortable. The only problem we had was when trying to connect a laptop to stream through the tv/av system. Thankfully, Exclusive Properties had an IT person out to the house within minutes. We will definitely be planning another stay, hopefully sooner than later!

Amazing Villa in the Isle of Palms

We rental the Belle Mer Villa in early March for a 60th Birthday Celebration; the gathering had been planned for more than a year. Of course, our group had many concerns due to the recent pandemic. However, I must say that Karen from Exclusive Property provided me with excellent customer service. She listened to my concerns and assisted me with my request to ensure we felt safe and adhere to all CDC guidelines. The Villa was excellent, and the views were spectacular from almost every room in the house. The house had every amenity one could think of, and the kitchen was well stocked. I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone looking for a 5-star exclusive vacation on the Isle of Palms.

This house was great for people of all ages. We had 22 people and everyone had space to spread out. The kids were in the pool the whole time. The only drawback was that the patio furniture on the first level (where everyone congregated) wasn’t very comfortable. Everything else about the house was fantastic!

I came to Belle Mer for a girls weekend in March and we had the best time! The house was not only beautiful, but sparkling clean and well stocked with everything that we needed for the weekend. Exclusive Properties ( who rents the house) gave us 5 star service from check in to check out. They recommended that we use a grocery delivery service "Groceries Ahead" and so all of our groceries were delivered to the house prior to our arrival. They recommended an amazing masseuse to come to the house. The house itself was SPECTACULAR. All rooms equip with an en suite bathroom, the most comfortable beds we have ever stayed in, and tons of space for our large group. The infinity pool was truly picturesque and overlooked the gorgeous beaches. If I could give this house more than 5 stars I would.

Large 30th birthday, 20 guys

We had a group of twenty guys, all late 20s early 30s, for a 30th birthday/excuse to get together. The house is fantastic, with a large, open downstairs area perfect for gathering, and a lawn, pool, and beachfront for outdoor activities. The rooms are also spacious and the beds comfy. Hot tub heats quickly. Only thing that didn't appear to work was an outdoor shower on the walkway to the beach, for rinsing off sand, but there may have been a switch to get the water flowing that I just didn't see. In any case, I'm very glad we booked Belle Mar, it was perfect.

I worked with Exclusive Properties for 8 months to organize a surprise birthday/family reunion. Everything was beyond unbelievable! Gina, Megan and Denise helped me arrange the catering, provisioning before arrival, Charleston tours, bike rentals, entertainment, flowers and everything else I could think of. What a home and what a stay! Lovely opulent beach side home with elevator and tons of room! Our family stayed there for a week over Christmas and it was perfect. What was especially nice was not only the home but the bedding, the appliances, the flatware and silverware and glassware. Many times in a rental like that the house may be great but the amenities do not live up to the standard of the house. This was a perfect match of luxury!

We had 4 families totaling 21 people stay in the house, and at no time did we ever feel cramped or as if we were on top of each other. The bedrooms were all spacious and laid out such that everyone felt connected within the house. The beach was amazing and the house was well maintained and appointed. We would not hesitate staying in this house again!
