The first floor of 'Beach Daze' encompasses four generously sized bedrooms each with their own ensuite bathrooms. Discover a spacious master suite, complete with a luxurious king bed, private porch access featuring spiral stairs leading to the pool, and an opulent en-suite bathroom with a separate jacuzzi tub and walk-in shower. Continuing down the hallway, you'll find three additional bedrooms. The first room boasts a king bed, a private bath, and a walk-in shower. We were there to celebrate an 80th birthday with family from everywhere. The home was large enough to accommodate everyone super comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you can possibly need. It is walking distance to the beach which was a great plus. We were extremely happy and plan to return again. The house is great.

We planned a 55 bday celebration with college girlfriends. The home was perfect for what we wanted it for. The pictures online are exactly like what you arrive to. There were 10 of us and we all had our own beds. Plenty of room ! Common space / kitchen was great! House was immaculate. Great weekend!

Our stay at Brach Daze was excellent! We had a group of 12 from ages 18-82. The house was well equipped with everything we needed (a very well stocked kitchen), the beds were very comfortable and the location was great with easy access to the beach and restaurants. We loved the roof top patio and took our cornhole up to enjoy in the evenings!

We had a wonderful time at Beach Daze! The house was very spacious and clean. It was nice that each room had its own full bath and the beds were very comfy. The open kitchen and living space were perfect for entertaining and dining with a large group. The pool was nice, although the heater did not get turned on, we were offered a refund. We still enjoyed sitting around the pool though! We loved the convenience of being able to walk to the beach and IOP restaurants and bars. We could hear music from the nearby bars from the bedrooms on the back of the house, but not so loud that a sound machine couldn't drown it out. Overall, perfect getaway spot for a large group of women!

Wonderful Home!

We had a family reunion to celebrate my parents 65th wedding anniversary. Family ranged from age 6 to 87. Four generations had plenty of space for large gatherings with the open kitchen, living and dining room. The multiple floors were wonderful for privacy and sleeping arrangements and the elevator was a true blessing. The roof deck and back pool area was wonderful during the days even on colder ones with the sun in ample supply. Kitchen well stocked! Multiple ice machines and butlers pantry kept the kitchen traffic to a minimum. Enough tables in common area for puzzles, card games and still have room with bar area and large table for all to enjoy meal's together. We will be back! Highly recommend!

This was the best property we've ever rented! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, the leasing office was kind and prompt - lots to do near by but we didn't even want to leave the amazing home. It was spacious and sooooo clean. They even left us with a binder filled with amazing suggestions on activities. We will be back!

First we love Isle of Palms. This house is located a short walk from the beach and restaurants. If you stay here, check out Acme Low Country Kitchen. Each room was well stocked and the kitchen was very well stocked and organized. We had 18 guests from 2 years old to 64, only thing to keep in mind is baby gates for the stairs if you have little ones. Plenty of space to hangout together or get away from your other guests when needed. Our only criticism is the back yard pool area, while nice enough, it could use some small improvements. Overall, we would stay here again, one of the nicer, cleanest and definitely the best stocked and organized kitchen we can remember.

Wonderful house with lots of room for multi generations to spread out and do their own thing. The kids loved the pool and football tables. We loved the short walk to the beach and access to convenient stores and restaurants

We thoroughly enjoyed our 4 nights at the house. We were a family group of 16 and the house couldn't have been more perfect to meet our needs. It was very clean with very nice linens and comfortable beds. Highly recommend!!

We highly recommend staying in this home. The home is so inviting and fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy Isle of Palm. We were7 a group of 17 and had so much room to move around. The home is located right in the center of town. This allows for an easy access to the restaurant, shops, bars, and beach.

We were in IOP to attend a baseball tournament at The Shipyard Park. This house was perfect for us. We had 4 families with kids ranging in age from 10-17. The house was clean, spacious and had enough beds, bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us! The kids loved playing pool downstairs and the adults couldn't hear them at all upstairs! The outdoor pool was great. The location was great too and the kids walked to the surf shops, beach and Ben n Jerry's every night! Exclusive Properties were fantastic! They offered early check in, late check out and responded quickly. I would definitely stay at this house or any other exclusive property again.

Plenty of space, cool areas (roof, back yard, etc.), and a great location near the restaurants/bars/shops. Easy walk to beach. All of that but still quiet in the house. Everything works great and we were completely comfortable (furniture, beds, showers, etc.). Would absolutely stay there again. Thanks for everything Exclusive Properties!

Beach days was a perfect spot for our group to stay while enjoying the Volvo car open. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there were plenty of bathrooms for everyone. The room for a gathering was a good size with plenty of tables and chairs and couches . The kitchen was well supplied with good appliances and a nice flow for a large group. The staff at exclusive properties that welcomed us was very pleasant and informative. The only thing I might request is that the lockbox be more user-friendly. The release lever was small and difficult to maneuver, and the door to the box did not release/open easily. Thank you for a lovely stay. We had a great time in the in the beautiful house.

We had 16 family members in this home. It worked very well for all. It was nice to have an elevator to bring groceries up to the third floor kitchen. It was also nice to be able to bring the twin babies up in the elevator.The proximity to the beaches was very good. And the convenience to shopping, grocery stores, and restaurants was a great advantage over other locations we have rented.Exclusive properties manages the home very well. They checked on us after we checked in. Also, they checked on us a couple of days into the rental.

I surprised my boyfriend for his 30th birthday by renting this house. I had both my family and his family fly in for it and was worried it wouldn't be large enough for the 18 adults. But i was wrong cause this house was PERFECT!! The layout of the house works great for large groups, especially since we ranged from 25 yr old to 61 yr old. The bottom floor is set up with a refrigerator and pool table so the younger crowd was able to stay up much later without waking anyone else up. The beds were very comfortable and the house was extremely clean (cleanest rental we have ever stayed in!). Each bedroom has its own bathroom which made mornings easy. The common area is spacious and there is plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. We did not cook at the house but found that the kitchen was fully stocked had we wanted to make a large meal. Restaurants, bars and the beach are walking distance which was super convenient, especially since some of our family did not rent cars. My parents have rented a house on Isle of Palms each year since i moved here and this was by far their favorite house! Megan and Allison were extremely helpful throughout the booking process which made coordinating his birthday so much easier. I highly recommend using Exclusive Properties when renting a house on IOP.

A very comfortable house to vacation in.

Loved that all the bedrooms had their own private bathroom. The beds were all very comfortable,. The elevator and pool were a plus. The kitchen well equipped. The only complaint we had (12 women) was there was no powder room on the living room floor where we all gathered to eat, play games and have our wake- up coffee in the morning. All in all the house was great!

Perfect Family Reunion Venue for all Ages

Property was perfect for our reunion. Ages 71-1 were comfortably accommodated. Everyone had their own space and bathroom. The living area allowed all of us to gather, eat and visit. We opted to eat breakfast and dinner in and had no difficulty cooking great meals. The beach is a short walk away and the backyard pool proved to be a magnet for all and produced many fun and creative games. Close to points of interest. The best reunion ever!!

Would have used more juice size glasses in the kitchen. Also, under lighting of the kitchen cabinets would have helped. Otherwise, kitchen was well-stocked.

I used the house to host a corporate planning event and the entire group loved it! Separate bedrooms and bathrooms were a great way for the team to feel comfortable and still have enough shared space to hold meetings. The team raved about the space and we would definitely host another event there!

We had 17 girls stay here and had the best time. The house is much larger than expected- queen or king beds and plenty of space for everyone! The living space was very large and never felt crowded once. The location is very close to the grocery store, walking distance to the local restaurants and bars, and only a short walk to the beach. The rental company was VERY easy to work with and accomadating, as I booked while overseas. Highly recommend this house for large groups!

We were attending a wedding in Mt. Pleasant and this home was perfect for our group. Every bedroom had a bath which was truly convenient for all of us ladies. The beds were extremely comfortable and this house was the nicest rental I have ever seen at the beach. We were all able to gather in the living dining area without being crowded. We especially loved the rooftop decks and that the house had an elevator. We loved walking to the Windjammer and the surrounding area for food and drinks. we will definitely come back to the Isle of Palms and consider this again for a rental!

Our first visit to Charleston, SC and we chose to stay on the Isle of Palms. This was a much better choice than expensive hotel rooms for our group. We were able to take in the historic sites downtown and visit Sullivans Island. At night we either cooked in the kitchen well equipped with everything or we grilled by the pool. The teenagers played pool in the garage and we all walked the downtown area to check all the little restaurants and stores. The beach was so close and our group enjoyed the rooftop decks to watch the sun rise and set. The house was up to date and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. You could tell the owner had pride in keeping this house well maintained. We for sure will be back and we will request this very same house! we can't wait to return to the Isle of Palms!

Our family spent the holiday weekend in this gorgeous home! We had eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms to spread out. The weather was beautiful and we were able to walk to the beach 100 yards away and to the many restaurants nearby. The house had a large living and dining are which was perfect for all of us to be together. We are already planning our summer vacation here!

My family and I absolutely loved this house and hated to leave! The views are spectacular! It is located within walking distance to great restaurants and shops. We love the rooftop deck! There were plenty of beds and all had very nice bed linens and pillows. Most importantly I love to cook. The kitchen was spotless and loaded with appliances, utencils, dinnerware and serving platters fit for a chef at a great restaurant! We will definately stay again!

We couldn't have chosen a better home for our girls trip! Each bedroom had its own bath and the bedrooms were large and well appointed. We were so happy with the living and dining room area with the open kitchen. It was so easy for all of us to be together and yet we were not crowded. When we chose to go out we walked to the many restaurants right outside our front door. We visited Sullivan's Island and downtown Charleston which were so close. We couldn't have had a better location. We will return!

This wonderful home was perfect for our reunion, spacious living area, fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the roof top decks where we enjoyed our morning coffee and evening cocktails while we watched the sun set. It was so very nice having a bathroom in each bedroom and the beds were so comfy. The house was extremely clean and our children enjoyed the pool table in the garage. This home was a great gathring place for our family and friends. I highly recommend it!

Wow! The house was so large and perfectly laid out with 7 plus bedrooms and seven baths. Each bed had beautiful plush linens and duvet covers. My bed was so comfortable I did not want to get up in the morning! Our group was very comfortable with the spaciousness of the house, the cleanliness and the well equipped kitchen. We were able to cook our meals and all sit together in the large dining area. The beach was 100 yards away and we walked to a restaurant when we weren't cooking! We were able to drive downtown in 20 minutes, we were around the corner from a gourmet grocer on the island. There was so much to do and see. Can't wait to come back!

I stayed here with my family last fall in November and the weather was still very warm and pleasant. The house was in excellent condition and very clean. We used the kitchen for cooking and laundry for our clothes and both were like new, with all the utensils needed for cooking and for having a nice meal. It was very close to the beach and we felt completely safe letting them go to the beach or any shops in the surrounding area. Rooms were large and there was plenty of space not only for our large family, but for inviting over another large family of our friends for dinner!!

We have group of 7 families spend a wonderful memorial weekend at this beautiful house! We really enjoy this wonderful house as it is clean, beautiful, livable and luxury. We can see the owner has been very thoughtfully decorated and equited the house to make it a trully 5+ star with no doublt. We felt very comfortable and did not feel any inconvinence during our stay. It is close to everything we needed to see and go.

My family and I stayed here for a week and it was fantastic. The house was gorgeous! We had several families all in one house and there was plenty of room for all! The house is close to the beach and all of the local restaurants and shops. The roof top deck was our favorite, you could see the whole island it seemed like. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything and plenty of space for everyone to eat together. We were also very close to Mt. Pleasant and downtown Charleston. We will for sure be staying here again.

My friends and I spent a fantastic weekend at this home or should I say mansion! What an excellently appointed home. Elegant, but livable and inviting. Nothing missing from this home from superb beds, comfortable chairs, appropriate pots and pans, to ample parking and availability of washer and dryer. Having an elevator is a huge bonus. The view from the roof is relaxing and calming. Needless to say we did not want to leave. Treat yourself to a wonderful time at this home.

Fantastic Beach House

My family stayed here last April for a family get together. We had an excellent time during our week at the beach, the beach house is so beautiful! Everything was exactly as written in the description. The rooms are beautifully decorated and so comfortable to sleep in. The owner was helpful and friendly in answering all our questions. Isle of Palms is such a beautiful relaxing place, and so many delicious local places to eat nearby like the Sea Biscuit and Hucks Lowcountry Table. We also enjoyed cooking in the huge kitchen at the beach house. I highly recommend staying here, we've already told other family members to book it for next years reunion!

We came to Isle of Palms for our wedding. We have such amazing memories of all the family and friends staying in the beach house. It is such a perfect place for family gatherings, the rooms are decorated so nicely and they are huge! The house was spotlessly clean when we arrived. We loved taking long walks on the beach, which is just across the street. Staying here was an awesome experience and good value for money as well.

Family Reunion

I am a Charleston native now living in Florida and wanted to find a location to host a family reunion and 25th wedding anniversary dinner for my parents. I needed a place for 35 so rented this location and the one next door. Both homes are beautifully decorated, rooms are spacious and comfortable, and most importantly clean. The owner was helpful in providing recommendations for a caterer specializing in local cuisine and the wedding anniversary was one my parents and family will always cherish! We loved it!

Coastal Elegence at Beach Daze

Our group checked into the 7Br BA Beach Daze recently for a wedding. WOW! What impressed us first was the clever contemporary design of the house, not to mention the up to date furnishings. We could tell the owners had a lot of experience in the vacation rental business to come up with such a concept...such a large house located right in the heart of the action there on the Isle of Palms. Great for entertaining! There were approx 20 in our party including kids. Everyone was comfortable and well taken care of in said surroundings. Our group chose to cook some meals in the well equipped gourmet kitchen, then eat other meals out at some of the excellent restaurants located within a 12 mile radius. Some days we walked, not drove to Front Beach. What was there not to like? We will be back!

Isle of Palms Beach House

Outstanding property and great beach. It is easy to drive into Charleston to see the historical sites. My family loves the Isle of Palms and have wonderful memories of enjoying the beach. The home is truly lovely and decorated very well. Cannot wait for my next trip.
