Sullivan’s Island Baptist Church is hosting a fun-filled Vacation Bible School for young people.
Each year has a theme; past ones include “Twists & Turns” by Lifeway, and "Breaker Rock Beach." For 2025, it's "Made to Magnify God!" It’s happening evenings in late July from Thursday through Saturday, from 5:30 till 8:30 p.m. Then it’s capped off with a special presentation during the Sunday morning service at 11:00 a.m.
Here’s how organizers described this year's VBS… Made to Magnify God!
Magnified! VBS will encourage kids to look closely at the details of God’s amazing world and magnify, or proclaim, the greatness of God. God made us, cares about us, loves us, forgives us, and is faithful to keep all His promises to us. We can praise God together! We were made to magnify God! This is a free event and dinner will be provided each night!'"
