“South Carolina’s premier annual Smooth Jazz event” is a Labor Day weekend tradition in the Lowcountry.
Get set for three days of cool sounds, centered at the world-class Gaillard Center in downtown Charleston.
The festival will kick off Friday evening, September 2nd with the All White Party Affair in the Gaillard Center’s Grand Ballroom. You’re requested to wear all white attire, while you enjoy live performances by top jazz musicians.
The Festival’s official Day One is Saturday, September 3rd, with smooth performers like 2021's festival headliners Willie Bradley, Najee and Peabo Bryson. Day Two will wrap up the festival on Sunday, September 4th. The exact lineup for 2022's Lowcountry Jazz Festival will be announced closer to the event. 2021's talent included Lindsey Webster & Adam Hawley, Kindred Family Soul, and R&R (made up of Richard Eliott and Rick Braun).
You can purchase tickets for any or all days, on the Gaillard’s website.
The Greater Charleston Lowcountry Jazz Festival is a fundraiser for the nonprofit 501(c)3 Closing the Gap in Health Care, Inc., helping to bring better health education, literacy and care to underserved communities in South Carolina and beyond.
