IOP Easter Egg Hunt

The Isle of Palms hosts its annual Easter Egg Hunt, always a popular event.  In the past it’s been on the Saturday morning before Easter, but recently they switched it up to Friday afternoon. 

Exact details for 2025 haven't been announced yet, but In 2024, it took place the Friday before Easter from 4:00 p.m. till 6:00 p.m. at the Rec Center, conveniently located in the middle of the island. 

Egg hunts take place by age. 

Egg Hunt Age Categories: 
3 & Under 
4-6 
7-8 
9 & up

In addition to filling their baskets with eggs, kids can visit with the Easter Bunny and pose for photos with the big guy.  There will also be live music and concessions, jump castles, face painting, photo booth, snow cones, cotton candy, and candy in general.  This is Easter, after all. 

The Rec Center is located at #24 28th Avenue on the Isle of Palms.
