After Hours at the Aquarium: Beer from Here

It’s After Hours at the South Carolina Aquarium  -  evenings especially designed for those who are 21 years old and up. 

A while back, the Aquarium kicked off this very popular series of events that take over the facility after normal hours, with OysterFest. 

This time, it’s all about the beer  -  and local brews, at that.

Basically it’s a very fun, all-inclusive evening complete with adult beverages, light bites and sustainable tasting plates from local restaurants, entertainment and free access to the galleries and exhibits of the Aquarium  -  after it closes to the general public.  They’ll have beers from some of the Lowcountry’s best breweries, and you'll get a souvenir tasting glass.

The event lasts from 7:00 till 10:00 at night.  Tickets sell out fast and are available on the website.  They’re $65 for general admission, and $60 for Aquarium members.

It’s a rain-or-shine event, and parking is available in the city garage nearby.
