Outdoor living at its finest:  An elevated infinity-edge pool on the main living floor invites you to take a refreshing dip or relax in the sun. You can enjoy watching the outdoor TV from your pool float or relax on the comfortable couches after grabbing a cold drink from the wet bar. The outdoor grill area provides top level entertaining, and a dining table for alfresco meals with a captivating ocean backdrop.  For your convenience, the outdoor area offers half bathroom steps from the pool.

The first floor features an open-concept living space seamlessly connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen—ideal for entertaining. Each room offers views of the pool deck and the expansive ocean. 

The well-appointed kitchen includes Meile appliances, a wine tower, beverage fridge, a sizable island with bar stools and an additional ocean-facing countertop bar. A convenient prep kitchen, equipped with double ovens, beverage refrigerator drawers, prep sink, and ample storage, adds to the functionality. A half bath and mudroom off the kitchen enhance the first-floor layout. 

The master bedroom on this level boasts a King bed, large TV, porch access, ocean views, an ensuite laundry room and ensuite bathroom, featuring a garden tub, walk-in steam shower, heated floors and two vanities. Another bedroom with a King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private veranda (with ocean views) completes this floor. An adjacent office offers a quiet space for work privacy. 

The second living floor unfolds to an additional sitting room with a TV, porch access, and a wet bar with a beverage cooler and coffee maker. A half bath and a laundry room are conveniently situated off this sitting area. Four bedrooms on this level include two King bedrooms with oceanfront views, porch access, 13’ high ceilings, and 10’ sliding glass doors for spectacular sunrise experiences, and a third King bedroom with ocean views. The fourth bedroom, suitable for a family, comprises a single-over-single bunk bed and a queen bed.  All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. The porch on this level offers a serene sitting area with sweeping ocean views extending down the beach to Sullivan's Island and even the Morris Island Lighthouse at Folly Beach.
   

The game room in the garage offers fun for everyone in your group with a large TV, ping pong table, foosball table, as well as your very own workout room complete with a large TV, wall mounted ballet barre, Peloton Bike, Cybex Elliptical trainer, and free weights. Shower off after your workout or day at the beach in one of two private outdoor showers.

Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.
