What an incredible house and what a week of great memories! We loved the gorgeous porches and sunrises on the top deck, being steps from the beach but also having option of relaxing by the well-kept pool and hot tub, and the comfortable and open spaces all throughout the house. We highly recommend and will definitely look to stay there next time we are in the area.

We were in town for a conference at the Wild Dunes Resort but wanted a large house near the beach for our group. We had our family of 3 plus 4 more teenage girls and the house was beyond what we even needed. The pool was so nice to have in the afternoon and evenings, the kitchen has everything you need to cook or enjoy meals and the screened porches were the highlight - with the large dinner table and even an outdoor TV. The beds and bathrooms were super clean with very nice sheets and towels. The girls loved going to the rooftop deck as well. It is located very close to Wild Dunes so we were able to just walk over to our meetings. We would absolutely stay in this house again if we are in the area.

This home has everything you could ever want. It is immaculately decorated and the perfect home for getting family and friends together. Every last detail is provided and your family will want to return year after year. The pool is huge and the decks and yard provide wonderful outdoor space. Just steps from the beach and there are hoses and showers throughout the yard to rinse off as needed. The property management team is super responsive and helpful.

The main house encompasses four bedrooms each with King beds and ensuite bathrooms except on that has a Queen bed and ensuite bathroom, while the remaining two are situated in the inviting mother-in-law suite. Experience culinary delight in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen of the main house, boasting a Wolfe range, Subzero refrigerators, two dishwashers, and elegant white marble countertops. Adjacent to the living room, an expansive wet bar awaits, inviting you to concoct a refreshing cocktail before retiring to the porch. Elevator access is granted to our guests that need it for health or mobility reasons. Children are not allowed to ride in the elevator alone, unsupervised or play/jump in the elevator at any time.
As with all mechanical equipment, occasionally problems arise with the elevator. Should issues occur, we will make every effort to repair the elevator as quickly as possible. However, we will not be held liable for any loss of use due to mechanical difficulties, malfunction or down time while the elevator is being repaired or waiting to be repaired.
The elevator is not considered part of the home rental. Rental monies will not be refunded due to the elevator not working properly during your stay. Please  ask for dimensions if you need it for a wheel chair.
