**This home books Saturday to Saturday in the Summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day). Any check in/out day in the off-season.

Part of our Island Collection, 'Makin' Waves', 16 54th Ave. is perfect for large families as there is plenty of room to spread out with three separate living areas. This six bedroom and six bathroom home has something everyone will like. Guests can lounge by the large private pool (heatable for an extra fee), sit and relax on the quiet screened-in porch, or soak up the sun on the second-floor deck or on the large pool deck. Beach access is just steps from the house and there are no streets to cross to access the beach. Family meals will be a breeze in the large open kitchen, which has everything you need and more to prepare memorable meals.

When you enter the front door you will find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Walk through the open living room, kitchen and dining room to the views of the pool. The sliding glass doors lead you to the huge pool and deck area great for grilling out and relaxing by the pool. Off the dining room you will find another living room with a full bathroom and access to the screened-in porch. There are three bedrooms on this floor as well. The first has a king bed and a ensuite bathroom. The other two are kings as well and they share a full bathroom with stand up shower. Or, these guests can take advantage of the other two full bathrooms on this floor.

Upstairs you will find the other three bedrooms, the third living room and a great porch. The first bedroom has two twins with pull out twin trundles and a double bed. This room can share the full bathroom across the hall. The next bedroom has a king bed and a ensuite bathroom with a stand up shower. The last bedroom has two queens and can share the full bathroom with the bunkbed room.

Makin' Waves is great for the whole family. The beach access is located right beside the home and goes straight out to the beach. You don't have to cross any roads. Don't miss this great beach house!

Five couples decided to take a 3 day, mini vacation. The house was perfect. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out and watch our 5 different football teams' games. House was clean and very comfortable. Went out to dinner two nights and grilled out one. Brand new grill. Great sized pool and short walk to the beach. Exclusive Properties company was so easy to deal with and answered all questions immediately. Wonderful times were had by all.

Property was perfect for all of our adult children and their spouses/children. Bedrooms and bathrooms were modern and spacious. The kids room was especially perfect! Loads of space to spread out and relax while also allowing us to all come together at several indoor/outdoor tables for meals and game time. Property management was GREAT! Pool was cleaned before arrival AND during the middle of our stay. Someone even came to roll out the garbage/recycle twice during our stay...allowing us to relax and make it a real vacation without worrying about the 'little' things. Access to the beach was a short walk on a beautiful tree-lined path. It seemed like we had the beach all to ourselves because of the location of the house itself (further down the island). Would definitely recommend property to anyone wishing to have a large group vacation together. We all wished we could have stayed another week!!

It was a relaxing stay with easy access to the beach. If you are looking to spend time in Charleston with a large group, I highly suggest pre-planning transportation.

Very nice layout. Complimented our family size/mix, with upstairs great for children and adults, and downstairs great for adults as well as mix age group. The number of bedrooms and large beds was great! Everyone loved the king-size beds, and number of bathrooms fit our needs. The outside pool was wonderful, and we did get to use the grill. Walk to the beach is a very easy 2-minute walk. The chairs and combination of accessories were perfect - for little ones as well as adults. One recommendation we would like to make is to move the check-out time to 10:00 AM. Getting everyone up and out by 9:00 was not easy. Considering the price, taking the 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM time out is significant hit to anyone staying with you.

Took our family out for a long weekend and rented the house last minute. The management company, Exclusive Properties, did a great job accommodating our arrival and time there. They made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the house, a 5 min walk down a path to the beach and lots of space for the family to spread out. Look forward to going back!
