Located one row back on prestigious Isle of Palms directly across street from beach access. This extravagant brand new six bedroom home represents luxury living at its finest! If you are planning a family vacation, you will have plenty of room because this home sleeps up to sixteen people.

Home is located in the heart of Isle of Palms. The interior of this home contains 6 bedrooms decorated with elegant, eclectic beach furnishings and 4 1/2 bathrooms. Features a bonus room with ping pong table, foosball, and wet bar. There is also 800 additional square feet of outdoor decks which display spectacular ocean views from the porch. Just 20 minutes from historic downtown Charleston.

We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Sheets and towels may be rented for $300 (optional). Taxes and fees are 15%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Refundable damage deposit is $1000.00. Rates listed below are base weekly rental price.
