The first floor has a master suite with a king bed and twin sleeper chair and the bathroom has an oversized shower and Jacuzzi tub. The second room has a queen bed and a full bathroom. The second floor has three bedrooms, one with a king and sleeper chair and oversized double shower, the two other rooms have queen beds with private baths. The sixth bedroom is also the “rec” room with a queen sized sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, daybed trundle and its own bath. This room has a wet bar and 32 inch flat screen TV for movie nights or the big game.

Every bedroom comes equipped with a flat screen TV, DVD player and DirectTV with premium movie channels. There is a 2nd level deck that’s covered and furnished for outside dining. Take the spiral staircase up to the fourth floor roof top with 360 degree views.

We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Sheets and towels may be rented for $350 (optional). Taxes and fees are 15%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Refundable damage deposit is $500.00. Rates listed below are base weekly rental price.
