We prefer weekly rentals, but a min 3 day stay may be possible in the off-season. Sheets and towels may be rented for $350 (optional). Taxes and fees are 15%. We require a deposit of 50%, with the balance due 45 days prior to arrival. Refundable security deposit is $500.00. Rates listed below are base weekly rental price.
