The mission of the Charleston Wine + Food Festival, a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is to enhance Charleston’s culinary reputation and support important charitable endeavors by focusing national attention on the entertainment, education and gastronomical gratification opportunities presented by world class culinary professionals and wine experts. It has rapidly grown into one of the most highly regarded food and wine events in the Southeast. This annual weekend takes place in early March and draws famous foodies from all over the country; tickets sell out fast, especially for the headlining "famous chef" events.
