LightningBugz LSVs, aka super cool golf cart... in the Lowcountry, the way to get around is by golf cart (electric low speed vehicles). It's both trendy and eco-friendly. They're even better than your typical golf cart because they come complete with seat belts and headlights.
Baby gear and supplies... who wants to schlep all that stuff when you are supposed to be on vacation? Baby's Away puts it all in place at your beach home.
Beach chairs, umbrellas, bicycles... great things to have on the islands. Alas, the Isle of Palms does not allow items to be left on the beach overnight. (Kind of a drag to drag things back and forth). However - IOP Beach Chair Company not only provides free delivery, they also put up and take down umbrellas/chairs each day you are here.
Groceries... get the fridge and pantry stocked before you arrive.
